The room was that nice, that comfortable that it felt like home. Breakfast was fresh with many yummy things to eat and the staff was always ready to help with anything. The location was perfect for me as I needed to reach the centre almost everyday which was only minutes away. Same with the metro, bus, mall. Perfect location. I also want to say a special thank you to you Emil. Never have I met someone so kind, so soft-spoken and so professional at the same time during my numerous travels. He made everything so easy. Simply unforgettable.

I had the best meal I had in Budapest, in the hotel’s dining room. I remember having a similar experience when I was in Budapest three and a half years ago. Amazing food! Strangely enough I was travelling with my husband then and we had exactly the same ‘bedroom experience’ then! (Bad, then good) I just don’t understand WHY a hotel would do that!!
At first they put me in a room where the shower head was completely broken and didn’t work. There was another issue, but I really can’t recall it, since they immediately moved me to a really lovely, sunny room, which is what I want to focus on.
