Cannot recommend - left two female travellers stranded in a foreign country at 9:00pm

The location would have been good....

Check in was allowed until 2100. We arrived at 2040 (slightly later than we anticipated) because we relied on the address in the app, which led us to other businesses in Fort William, before eventually finding the correct location. This upset the owner, who was incredibly rude and then told us to leave, even though we'd paid in advance. This left us (two women) stranded in a foreign country at 9:00pm at night desperately trying to find other accommodation. They also took our money and refused to give any refund. I've never experienced such poor treatment in any country I've travelled to, and unfortunately can't recommend this business at all.

The pods are completely charming and very well equipped, the beds and blankets are incredibly cozy and the bathroom has everything you need plus lovely clean drinking water without chlorine. Adrian and John are superb hosts, had a lovely chat with both of them, very sweet and hospitable people. Adrian hat excellent tips on how to avoid the busy road as a pedestrian.
