Lake front view is unbeatable both upon entry/exit and on the balcony of the room. The silence, calm, and tranquility in and around the property was completely to our liking (provided your stay doesn’t coincide with any large groups). Next level bathroom fixtures including steam bath - follow the instructions for a REALLY FULFILLING shower! Tranquility range of bathroom products were superb; whether it is the lake water source or the products, our skin feels extremely good! Very friendly and accommodating team of staff - even though kitchen was closed between lunch and dinner, they were very kind to serve us our apertivo/dinner earlier. The mini bar in the room was well-stocked daily, and it was a nice touch to place an additional bottle of water in the room during turndown when they noticed we drank quite a fair bit of water. Special thanks to Simona, Jessica, Eleanor and the team who attended to us from 7-10th of September.
The king-sized bed was actually 2 large single mattresses pushed together and wrapped with a large bedding sheet. Unfortunately, because there wasn’t enough cushioning, the middle of the bed feels odd as the lining edges of the two single mattresses are felt especially if you’re a side sleeper, and there’s a slight slant into the middle part of the bed. The trees on the outer perimeter of the hotel could do with some trimming as it has grown rather tall and slightly blocks the island view for rooms 201-203 on the 2nd floor. Understand that it is customary of Italian eateries to take a break in the middle of the day, but perhaps there could be continuous bistro F&B options throughout the day instead of just the restaurant options during breakfast/lunch/dinner. We noticed that the wine list had a lot of wines labelled N/A (not available) which indicated that their wine inventory is not well-supplied, or their menu is not updated. For reference, this is early September. Price point is rather steep, so these unmet expectations were a little disappointing.

Beautiful location and the staff were super nice.The restaurant of the hotel was very good also.
