Great Hotel, loved the location by the lake and that you could take a swim in the lake directly from the hotel. Beautiful bedroom view over the lake, and comfortable beds. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was good. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was also nice. Breakfast was basic, but we were very happy, and just loved to eat breakfast out by the lake every morning. Very convenient location nearby the train station with complimentary tickets from the hotel to travel to Lugano and other nearby places.
Thought it had aircondition, but not all rooms are equipped. Had a fan, and when we asked for an ekstra the staff was very helpful and provided us with an extra fan. This helped very much through the nights.

Die Unterkunft liegt auf der Hauptstraße an der italienischen Grenze. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen direkten Seezugang in den Lago Di Lugano. Der See ist sauber und ebenfalls gibt es einen Poolzugang. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Von süßes bis herzhaftes ist so ziemlich alles dabei. Einzig hätte es mehr vegetarische Alternativen vertragen.
Das Mobiliar der Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten sehr unbequem. Außerdem kosten die Zimmer mit Klimaanlage einen Aufpreis pro Nacht, was bei den klimatischen Bedingungen des Tessin sehr unangebracht ist. Die Damen an der Rezeption könnten ebenfalls einen weiteren Workshop in Freundlichkeit vertragen, schien aber generell der Tenor zu sein. Essensmöglichkeiten ebenso auf der italienischen Seite eher so lala. Der Steg mit Seezugang ist Mini mit 6 liegen. Keine Ahnung was Menschen machen wenn das Hotel mal besser besucht ist.
