soggiorno caro e nel complesso deludente

colazione buona - posizione buona - parcheggio scomodo

rapporto qualità-prezzo; stanza angusta e claustrofobica con pavimentazione in finto legno gonfiato che ostacolva lo scorrimento della porta; dispositivo scarico vasca rotto

Gut hat uns gefallen… vielleicht hätten wir ein bisschen mehr erwartet.

Frühstück-Buffet war superrr…

Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Abnützungen im Zimmer, Farbe weg, Boden hatte Luftblasen. Ueberschwemmung beim Duschen, Spritzschutz war unzureichend.

Very good overall. I would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

Breakfast was brilliant, so much choice! Staff were super friendly. Could have my dog overnight for a 20chf supplement and they even gave us a puppy goodie bag. The bed was very comfy and everywhere was exceptionally clean. The hotel is a lovely walk along the promenade from Lugano to Paradiso.

I am a partial wheelchair user which means I can walk short distances. I did not ask for a disabled access room as I can get into and out of the wheelchair and walk around little bits, fold up my chair and get in and out of shower, etc. We were given a disabled access room on assumptions that I needed one even though I stood up to the check in and walked from my chair to the desk, plus we hadn't pre booked this. I am not annoyed,at all, it was done through kindness and being thoughtful of me but it would be nice to be asked first. However, when accessing the room I could see how difficult it was to maneuver your self in the wheelchair into the room with such narrow walls. I tried it and my knuckles scraped the walls. There were many things which could have been improved to make access easier or more enjayable (if I would've needed to stay always in my wheelchair). It was by no ways a bad room, however some input from disabled people could be worthwhile. More than happy to assist on advice.

Relax nella stupenda Lugano

La struttura è arredata in stile moderno con un’attenta cura per i dettagli. Stanze davvero confortevoli, staff gentilissimo e colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti freschissimi. La distanza dal centro di Lugano è di pochi chilometri e l’hotel è ben collagato con i mezzi pubblici (i quali per chi alloggia sono gratuiti).

Cambierei i phone nei bagni, che sono parecchio datati

Una bella sorpresa

La camera era ampia ed il letto molto comodo. Personale molto cortese e subito hanno provveduto a riparare la macchina del caffè a capsule che si era guastata La mattina passata a nuotare in piscina pulitissima a temperatura gradevole mentre fuori vi erano meno due gradi. Costo tutto sommato accettabile per un albergo a 4 stelle.

Un po' decentrato ma si arriva al centro di Lugano in 5 minuti con bus che passano davanti l'albergo ogni 15 minuti.

La douche vitrée vers la chambre, on voit la personne qui prends la douche… mais bon j’étais seule alors ça va…

Décevant

Les extérieurs et le grand lit

La douche , thermostat cassé impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude malgré 20 minutes dessus à tout essayer. Pas de pression non plus. Donc fini par prendre une douche froide en mode réveil matinal original! Pas de télécommande à dispo de la tv donc pas pu allumer la télévision. Le plus énervant ce fut quand j’ai informé la réception que je n’ai pas pu prendre de douche chaude car le thermostat est cassé et que sa réponse a été je prends note pour qu’ils aillent réparer, sans geste ni profondes excuses vis à vis de ma situation!!!!

Not a 4 star hotel

The location and the guy from third shift

This is not 4 star hotel. Maybe the pools give the aditional star but everything else is not 4 stars. The room is very small with no sense for decoration and colors, there is one big brown wall that makes you sad, and some blue parts in the bathroom that doesn't match with anything. The room was also old and needs renovation. The staff was not polite and friendly at all, except the guy who worked 3rd shift, he was very nice and had sence of hospitality. The outdoor pool looks like it was abandoned from humanity and the bar that opens at 15:00 was poor. The cleaning ladies were extremely loud, so we didn't had the chance to have a good sleep and that ruined our weekend

Good location. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were more than adequate but would have loved a kettle and decent sized cups to make coffee. The town is lovely with gorgeous esplanade where one could walk for miles. Very satisfied.

Would prefer a kettle to a coffee machine which leaked!

If I wouldn’t be so busy and tired to argue with them, it’s absolutely was the worst hotel.

Nothing. Hotel didn’t worth the price, breakfast was not terrible, but could be better.

Everything is old, smells damp, horribly painted walls and old ugly furniture also badly painted. Old, damaged coffee machine, not even Nespresso. Bathroom was absolutely horrible, for me a tiny person, I could barely fit into the tub to shower with a lack of hot water and old shower system.

staff was kind, breakfast good (although too expensive)

i couldn’t believe this is a 4-star hotel, the room looked old and deteriorated, with scratches everywhere, disappearing paint and large spots on the wall. very surprised this deserves 4 stars and such a high price.

Good location, but hotel is old, and uncomfortable.

i didn’t like a Hotel at all. the only think that is good - is location

In general, photos much more better then the Hotel in real. First of all there are was construction work in the hotel, one of elevator was out of service.

More 3 star than 4 star hotel

Room was big and beds were very comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

But the bathroom was very small and old. The wood from the bathroom door was already peeling at the bottom. The bathrub and toilet were clean but old. The hair dryer was old and overheated after 30 seconds so I was not able to properly dry my hair. But all in all more a 3 star hotel than a 4 star. A bit pricey for what you get.

Excellent location for a well-appointed hotel.

The location was fantastic, central to restaurants, public transport, grocery and the funicular! We didn't have time to enjoy breakfast but it looked like it was a very nice offering. Loved the slippers!

The lighting over the bathroom vanity was very dim.
