Geschlossenes Parking. Self Checking. Sauber.

Sehr lautes Zimmer zum Kreisel, wo viel lauter Verkehr ist. Zimmer 19 geräumig. Bett war unbequem, weil Bretter unter der Matratze durchhängen. Für 1 Nacht ok.

Würde ich so nicht mehr buchen, man müsste schon schauen, dass alles funktioniert.

Es gibt eine Verding Maschine im Untergeschoss, diese lässt sich ausschliesslich mit Geld betrieben. Für ein Motel welches voll auf Digitalisierung setzt ein Minuspunkt, denn Kleingeld hatten wir keines.

Der Anmeldeprozess ist eher umständlich, wenn man bei der Eingabe einen Fehler macht muss man wieder von vorne anfangen. Unser ursprüngliches Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, wir haben aber sofort und umgehend ein anderes bekommen. Die Hilfe am Telefon war sehr nett und hat sich bemüht. Leider war der Fernsehen im neuen Zimmer defekt und das Bett sehr unbequem, die Matratzen schräg.

Comfortable bed

No technical assistance in case of problems. Phone number provided works but no one is replying! The check-in is done through a machine. Arrived at 1 am and it didn't work. Me and other guests could not access the room. We ended up solving the problem but the system charged my credit card for the reservation of another guest!! And the other guest had to pay for my room in order for us to both be able to enter the hotel. Only possible to enter by scanning qr codes so if no battery on the smartphone entrance to parking and room is not possible.

The rooms are new and the design is very nice. Everithing was super clean. Parking is just in front of the hotel, very spacious!

The check-in with the QR code is not very well explained, although once you do it the first time is very easy.

Good value

Clean, good location, quiet, modern if not a little too modern without doors in bathroom.

Self check in was a nightmare. Coming from the US, our credit cards do not have a PIN, and they required one. Everything was resolved in the end, but we are never doing that again!

There are better hotels nearby

quick and efficient to check in

Remote location in middle of nowhere. Only has vending machines in basement for food and drink. Found it to be a cold and sterile environment and not very welcoming. Public areas could use a clean as very dusty.

Good option for one night stop over on the way to/from italy through Switzerland

- Good location, we used it for one night on the way from Italy - fair price in comparison to other hotels in the area - self check-in next to the gate is relatively easy, you just need to type reservation code you get from hotel, add few details and scan you iD/passport - large window with balcony and pretty good view. I was expecting bricks wall when booked room with „no view“ Info: There is no key as such, you just have QR code to scan to enter the building and your room. Be aware that to open parking gate, there is a button from inside of the gate, you can walk in on the right side and just press it (at least it was like that) Downstairs there are wending machines, electric kettle, tables and chairs in case you wish to have your meal there. Few minutes walking distance there are 2 restaurants and patisserie.

It‘s very basic and very technical, Noisy at night, next to the road and we could hear cars passing by very well

Modern, clean and automated. Good as a stop over

Very interesting concept of automated check in. All was clean with towels etc. I loved the shower! Soap was also available. Good location to use on the way somewhere. No issues with check in times due to automation.

There is no air co. It is possible to open the window but there are no mosquito nets and if you are traveling with 4 people like us then someone is sleeping on the floor bad under this window. But there were ventilators, 2 even!

Good place for a short crash if you're not picky about comfort/cleanliness.

Location was convenient for a late night stop driving towards Italy, the 24/7 self check-in is convenient.

The air in the hotel didn't seem clean. The toilet in the room used (not cleaned/flushed). The room floors could also have been cleaner, but those are easy to ignore. For a short/late one night stay it's not a problem, I was mostly expecting such experience based on other reviews. The entry to the car parking garage didn't work, the doors only opened from the inside.

Interesting design. Relatively favourable price for Switzerland. Large room + terrace, clean... Good choice for a one night sleep when travelling.

Noise at night from a nearby road. QR-code reader at the car gate didn't work (another guest showed me a hidden button on the back side of the gate). I've only received a message with some check-in details after I had already arrived at the site and had already finished the self check-in.

Feels like a prison cell. Fake window has a wall right behind the glass. "Common" spaces in the hotel are absolutely basic, just plain walls. Would not recommend for longer stays.

Large rooms but noisy at night

Quite spacious room, especially the ones on the upper floor. Liked the style and the colors.

Diden't like the check-in in that small kind of box at the entrance. Furthermore it was pretty loud at night from the nearby main road.

Perfect one night stop when travelling through Switzerland.

Very clean but basic, excellent place to stay for a night when travelling through Switzerland. Self check-in is very easy. The room is spacious and has everything you need. The interior is as on the pictures, minimalistic with bright colours. There was a very nice small outside space with a bench, lovely to have a glass of wine after a long drive.

Due to the layout with an open bathroom and toilet with very little privacy, it’ not suitable for everyone. There are no curtains and we only found out the next morning that there are automatic rollerblinds on the outside of the windows.

The family room was big enough and the hotel was in a very good location for the purpose of our travel. it was close to supermarkets, cafes etc.

The lack of reception and no personnel make it very impersonal. we were on the ground floor and any views were blocked by a massive wall. it felt a bit like a prison cell. We had to make our own beds, only 4 out 2 were made for us. The bed linens were dirty in some places.

The worst

a group of people came in the night and literally screamed form 1 to 4 in the morning running around the stairs and kicking doors…. no security at all was present… simplest the worst motel I’ve ever been.

Honestly not much. Unfortunately a lot went wrong. The room was not clean, and had a very strange smell. The parking was packed and I was forced to park at a nearby public space which was open and a few hundred metres away. The toilet was ridiculously small and the "shower" was not actually covered by a door, which I've never seen before. The room was not cleaned after the first night's stay and I had to call the manager to change the bed linen and provide fresh towels (after 21.00). That's the very last thing you want to do after a long day. Also I was completely unable to connect to the WiFi for the duration of my stay.
