For the price, Millennium Rabati is a good choice — you get what you pay for. The room was clean, decent and comfortable enough for a short stay.
The location is excellent, right next to Rabati Fortress, and there is parking available, which was a big plus for us as we were travelling by car.
The accommodation also has a restaurant, and the food was honestly excellent. Everything we ordered from the menu was delicious and definitely worth trying.
Overall, a simple and clean place in a great location, with parking and a really good restaurant. Good value for money.
One thing I didn't like was that there was no kettle or cups in the room, which would have been a nice addition.

Breakfasts were simple, but decent and plenty. The room was convenient. The staff was great: very friendly, hospitable, supportive, and spoke a few foreign languages. The restaurant at the hotel serves meals fast, and they are of good quality/pricing. You can park your car or bike just in front of the hotel: there's a public parking lot just in front. The view of the Akhaltsikhe Rabati Castle both from the room and the restaurant makes the location perfect. Many people from EU stay and dine at this hotel.

These rooms are great value for money, and the location couldn't be better if you are visiting Akhaltsikhe for Rabati Castle. The hosts were very accommodating, and even shared some wine with us from their family's vineyard.
The only concern we had while staying here was the sewer gas smell coming from the toilets, possibly due to broken seals.

Very good budget option. For the price you pay you can really not ask for more. Decent, filling breakfast and a nice location near the old fortress.
We had better stays for a similar price in Georgia. The owner was not really friendly and, even though it says that card payment is accepted, we were not able to pay with card but had to get more cash from the ATM. Communication with the owner was also basically not possible due to a lack of English skills and will to communicate.
