Great location with easy walking access to downtown on the dedicated pedestrian and bike lanes and to the Songhees path along the water. Plenty of space for 4 of us (3 adults, 1 teen), and pretty quiet building.

This condo was so clean and cozy with a sweet view from one window to inner harbor. Surprisingly roomy with three bedrooms in an efficient clutter-free configuration. We were able to make a pleasant walk across the bridge to downtown Victoria, which was so convenient for our short stay. The back balcony looks onto a lovely courtyard — we saw a big owl in a tree the first night. Look forward to staying here again!

We stayed here for the RVM and it was a great location - not too long of a walk into downtown but nice to be in a quieter area. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well stocked - we loved it!

We enjoyed this property! The building is tucked into a quiet little nook compared to the bustle of downtown. Loved that it was an easy & quick walk to the harbor & downtown restaurants and shopping. Also, the water taxi stand is steps away from the apartment for an easy ride to the other side of the harbor. The apartment was great. Plenty of space. A well stocked kitchen & washrooms - full-size kitchen/cleaning supplies & toiletry items. One does not typically see this! When we entered the apartment, gentle music was playing. Nice touch! Everything we needed & then some. Thanks Tim (and Owen)!

“The condo was extremely clean and so close to almost anything you wanted to do. Enjoyed our stay immensely.” guest 1 Location is convenient to the wharf, restaurants, and shops. Lots of security apparent especially when parking. guest 2 Check-in was kind of confusing, but once we figured it out, everything went smooth. Enjoyed being able to walk to nice restaurants, Beautiful place spotless.

Had a great stay here for our brief visit to Victoria. The owner was very responsive to any queries and gave us excellent instructions for accessing the condo. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The condo was in a very quiet block away from traffic but was just a short walk to downtown Victoria.

The property was actually even nicer than the listing looked. Two spacious rooms with king beds (one had tons of room for our travel crib next to the bed). The kitchen was stocked with basics and laundry was a great bonus. A nice couch and dining space. Great location for walking either up the path or to the inner city/harbour. Overall way better than a hotel!

Perfect space for our family of six couples! Great communication and super convenient place close to everything but far enough away from busy area. We loved it! Very clean and comfy beds. Was super hot that week so unfortunately no air conditioning but we survived Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the three bedroom condo. It was clean, spacious, and had all the comforts of home. We were able to leave our car in the gated garage and walk to many restaurants and sights in Victoria. The condo was an ideal place to relax and prepare for more sightseeing. I hope to return and would definitely choose to stay at this wonderful condo.

Nothing but compliments for the place. Excellent location, great for walks and close to downtown, but not loud. Great amenities. Communication with property manager was timely and very helpful. Was able to provide a playpen for our infant to sleep in. Gave us a spare parking spot for in-laws, and extra garage opener for them. Very convenient for us. We’d stay here again 100%!

The condo was super clean comfortable and very well stocked with everything a guest would need. Tim the manager was very accessible and helpful. Good security features for building including garage. Grocery nearby, the Delta Hotel next door for breakfast or a cocktail. The condo is really in the city of Victoria just across the new bridge. The restaurant scene and harbor were wonderful. We loved our stay! Thanks Tim!

The apartment was clean, and had everything that we needed. to cook, wash and relax. A family of 6 adults explored Victoria over three days. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the centre of the city. Tim answered communication in a very timely manner. A very pleasent stay

Loved our weekend in Victoria ! Unit was in a great neighbourhood close to downtown Victoria. Condo was super clean and well stocked. It did take us a few minutes to locate the building entrance however as we missed the initial first left turn. Will come again.

This property met and surpassed our expectations. It was just a short walk across Johnson Street bridge to all downtown restaurants, shops and sites. Tim responded promptly to all communication. Property was very clean, quiet, well stocked, and exactly as ad shows. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

We stayed for a week. The communication was excellent. The location was excellent. Just walk next door for a little time in the hotel bar and a lovely walk along the water. And a short lovely walk over to all the action In Victoria. The apartment served us well. Little things we needed were available that we appreciated like soaps and paper products and even a bowl of chocolates which was a nice touch. It was very clean and roomy. The only slight confusion is getting in the place the first time. Instructions were great but it was like an Easter egg hunt the first time then easy after that. Highly recommend.

We loved the location of this apartment it had everything that we needed. It was very clean and communication was ver good. We loved having the secure underground parking with the option of a second visitors pass We could walk to restaurants and stores and it was minutes away from the water. The only downfall is how hot the master bedroom was. Even with windows open and fans going we couldn’t get it cool enough which made sleeping very difficult. Overall it was a great place to stay and made the transition of moving our son to University very successful.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 teenaged granddaughters. The 3 bedrooms gave everyone their own space. The kitchen and living room area was perfect for meals, games and relaxing. A perfect place for a family vacation.
