This unique condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a king bed in the master and the option for 2 twin beds or 1 king bed in the second bedroom. Just let us know ahead of time and we will have it ready for you. The high ceilings, exposed brick, and loft beams are just a few items that bring charm to this unit. There are over 950 square feet to relax with your loved ones, try out the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the sights of downtown from your balcony. You can even window shop at the Lululemon store from the patio. The famous Beacon Hill Park is only a 10-minute walk away, as is the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a sea plane the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5-minute walk from this condo. Arriving via the Victoria Clipper or the Coho is also easy and no need for a car at this condo. If you have a car feel free to bring it as underground secured parking is included. We have full in-suite laundry facilities, free wifi, and underground parking. This luxury condo has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. This is such a great complex we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing two or more units. Since 2008, Checked in Victoria Vacations has been offering safe methods of payment, an easy booking process, and responsive reservation communications. *Please note there will be important check-in details sent to you from Checked in Victoria Vacations before arrival that will prompt you to set up your preferred access, then 14 days before arrival, you will be sent detailed information on your property. For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs. If you are making your reservation within 14 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable. We could easily walk anywhere downtown. Close to restaurants, shopping, sights! Would stay there again.

Loved the high ceilings, exposed beams, brick walls and big windows. Perfect location for exploring Victoria. Comfortable beds, everything clean, great kitchen set-up. (Some of the other reviews mention excessive street noise, but this was not our experience.) We will definitely return!

We had a great stay in this Condo! There were 6 of us staying in the unit and there was plenty of space. A little more attention could be given to the patio to make it a little more inviting but other than that, it was great. We had other family members renting a few condos in the building which worked out very well. The location is fantastic!!! We would absolutely rent this unit again! Thank you!!!

Location is utterly amazing, right on government street, minutes from parliament and the greatness of the nightlife, but loudness comes with the location. My partner had to sleep with ear plugs and all night long we heard the beeping of the crosswalk. Not air conditioned so you need to have windows open - and no screens on the windows. I felt that the floor wasn't clean as all our socks were left with dark stains on the bottom and the kitchen could have had more bowls.

The apt was very comfortable and in a great location. A very short walk to the harbour. Right on the edge of Chinatown. The building was very safe and clean. There is A LOT of noise from the street though. Windows had to be closed when spending time in the apartment and we needed fans on in the bedroom to block the noise from an extremely loud crosswalk signal that sounds off constantly during the day and often during the night. If I lived in the building I would be going after city hall to do something about that crosswalk volume. It is crazy loud! It is a shame because otherwise I would give the space 5 stars in a minute!

This place was really great for us. Very clean and had everything we needed. Nice location. Getting the key was a little adventure but not a deal breaker.
