About this condo rental
Situated in Victoria, this lovely condo for $147 per night is a great choice for your next break. Right in the heart of beautiful Victoria, our condo is within walking distance to all the downtown area has to offer. Step out and explore the Inner Harbour, Government Street, Chinatown, Beacon Hill Park, the Royal BC Museum, the Empress Hotel, the Parliament buildings, Bastion Square, Market Square and the many funky restaurants and cocktail bars spread throughout the downtown core. After a day exploring our beautiful city, drive into your secure parking spot and take the elevator up to a quiet and relaxing space. The condo is one of four units per floor in a concrete building, so peace and privacy are ensured. Large windows in every room make for a very bright and airy welcoming home which has in-floor radiant heating. There are two separate bedrooms - one with ensuite bathroom (tub/shower) and own TV, and the other with bathroom (shower) just outside the room. Fans are available in each bedroom, which have room-darkening shades to ensure a restful sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Denby china, kettle and coffee maker ready for you to enjoy morning coffee or tea on the balcony or at the bar perched on one of the four stools around the counter. TV, Netflix and wifi are included. Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided for your first couple of days, as well as basic herbs and spices. We also have a number of board games available for your enjoyment. We use environmentally friendly and natural body care products. You will have full use of the condo, outdoor patio and car and bicycle parking spot. The building is secure and is strictly non-smoking inside or on the patio or in any of the public spaces. Please make sure you read our condo information binder which is full of helpful hints and recommendations you will need so you can explore the city easily. Amazing location and condo. Very clean with a lot of extra amenities. Ver comfortable beds and pillows. Great balcony and kitchen. Private gated parking. Owner communicated very well with me and even made wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great location in Victoria and property did not disappoint. The entire unit was well appointed with furnishings and artwork. On site parking and so many amenities in walking distance made a great stay. Host Sanna answered any question promptly. Hope to go back again soon and stay longer.

This condo is in a very good location in Victoria. It's walking distance to shopping, restaurants, popular bars and the waterfront. We walked to it with our luggage from the ferry.
The owner was very accommodating when we got our check in information mixed up with a condo in Seattle. The condo is neat, clean and comfortable with a cute patio off of the master bedroom.

This 2 bedroom condo just blocks from the Inner Harbour is super comfortable and nicely appointed. The bedrooms are separated by the living area for privacy. A selection of spices, tea & coffee, and bath soaps are provided. Located near the symphony hall, shopping streets, and a variety of restaurants, the condo is a very convenient city-walking base. Communication with the owner was easy, very welcoming, and she gave quick responses. We definitely would stay again. Thank you, Sanna!

The property was as advertised. It's location was better than we expected. The whole experience for the four of us was "Wonderful." The kitchen had everything we'd need if we wanted to eat in, but with all the fantastic eateries nearby it was hard not to go out and enjoy.
I'd recommend this unit to anyone who wanted a relaxing stay in a great location.

This was our first trip to Victoria. This property is in a good location. It is in walking distance of good restaurants and shops. You will need transportation (city or private) to get to Butchart Gardens. Enjoy your stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 2 couples! Location was very central to our scheduled tour meets and places we wanted to visit. Everything was clean, fresh and comfortable. Little touches like luxury linens, soaps and even bedroom fans made things quite nice! Perfect!

Great communication with Sanna before and during our stay. She was very responsive. The check in process was smooth. Parking was great. Well equipped. Even though we stayed in late July, we found the temperature very comfortable. The location is awesome and we walked to most things except for the occasional drive (like the gardens). The gulls were a quite noisy this time of year, but you stay anywhere downtown you’ll hear them. We’d stay again for sure. Five stars!

Spacious beautifully furnished 2BR condo. Very close to the harbour. We walked everywhere. Enjoyed relaxing on the covered patio. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds very comfortable. It was very easy to relax here. Our hosts were also very accommodating. This property and its location allowed for a great weekend getaway. Would definitely book again should we return to Victoria.

From the fantastic location in the heart of Victoria to the spacious, bright, clean and welcoming condo, everything about the accommodation was perfect. It exceeded my expectations as soon as I walked in the door. Sanna was a lovely host. The communication from her was excellent.
And being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the harbor so close by was great. Experiencing High Tea at the Empress was the highlight of a fun relaxing holiday. This was my first vrbo and I was very pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend staying at Sanna's on your next trip to Victoria.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful condo! It is filled with light by the nearly floor to ceiling windows. The bedrooms have blackout shades so they were dark even during the day when closed. The master bathroom has a large tub and high shower head for tall guests. I’m very short but I noticed it because my husband is 6’4” and I knew he would appreciate that. We were greeted with fresh cut daffodils which was a nice welcoming touch! There is a lovely patio with colorful primroses in pots, another nice addition!
Sanna communicated with me before and during our stay. She was very helpful in letting me know it was a good idea to reserve the ferry as they had been busy due to spring break. She was always quick to respond.
We appreciated how close the condo is to everything. We walked to Ogden Point, Fisherman’s Wharf, Parliament and numerous restaurants and bars nearby. The grocery store was .4 miles away and the liquor store just .2 miles. We also walked easily to The Empress in heels for afternoon tea, which was a highlight of our trip!

Sanna was a wonderful host and her apartment was so clean, welcoming and centrally located. Honestly, it was one of the nicest vacation rentals we've encountered. It was just right for two couples. We each had our own bathroom and bedroom, plus we enjoyed the kitchen/living room. It was February, so it was too cold to have coffee out on the deck, but I think in the summer that would be a great option as well. Being in the city, it didn't feel quite as safe as it would say in a parklike country atmosphere. I saw one or two homeless people in the general area, and two people outside the apartment had a loud dispute during the day. But that's life in an urban area. It was very quiet at night, and the beds were super comfortable for both my husband and myself (he likes a firm mattress and I like a softer one, so that's saying something!) Sanna's communication was 100% wonderful. She answered every question I had and made check in easy. I would definitely stay there again! 5***** :)

Very well stocked and well situated condo in the downtown area. The only thing negative would be that there was no table to sit at in the condo. (there is a table on the balcony but we were there in winter so was too cold to use it). Overall, great place to stay!

This condo was just perfect for a getaway to Victoria! My friend and I loved everything about it. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms meant we had great privacy and everything was both cute and comfortable. Everything was supplied. The check in process was smooth and painless, and Sanna the host is a wonderful communicator and quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend this condo, and would stay again!
