Location was near the station and shops even though it was Sunday. Somewhere to eat was a local cafe for lunch and we got supplies from a supermarket for a light dinner.
During the afternoon we walked around for a few hours and there were several historic buildings.
No blind just a curtain. In Australia when sleeping we are used to darkness.

Too economical attitude regarding comfort; the kitchen as if available , but preparing some food not so easy - no pots, no pans, even not suitable knife; in the bathroom no hangers …

The location was superb. The owners recommended a nearby restaurant (Passatelli) which was absolutely fantastic and by showing our key from the apartment we got an additional 10% discount off an already great value meal. There was a lovely communal kitchen area with tea and coffee making facilities - the owners provided a Nespresso machine with capsules for users and even left milk in the fridge. This is a perfect place for people arriving in Ravenna by train - it is a five or six minute walk from the railway station - and is ideal for visiting the wonderful historic churches.
Not much to dislike really - the apartments were fully accessible for anyone with mobility impairment and was next door to a pizzeria and a short walk from a variety of shops and eateries. I suppose if I had to find a fault there were no tea bags, but we picked some up at the supermarket two minutes away!
