The room we stayed in was absolutely GORGEOUS and easy to get to from the train station. The attached restaurant was delicious as well. I made a mistake booking and Francis was more than accommodating and allowed us to pay the difference (booked the room for one person, but there were three of us).
Having to go up stairs with heavy luggage (though Francis did help us carry them up).

No lift/elevator. But the owner is a hero and carried my heavy bag up the stairs.

This place is quiet and relaxing. The location is very close to Piazza del Popolo, the central square of the city. My room was very spacious and clean.
I highly recommend this Affittacamere in Ravenna , it is a very safe place to stay.

Great location — just a 5-minute walk from the train station, close to one of the main attractions, and not far from the city center.
The room was very uncomfortable, outdated, and had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Someone knocked on the door at night. The kettle had limescale and rust.
