The location is very pretty with fields out back. Our room was a good size and so was the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable (& a four poster). Breakfast was delicious (full English) as was dinner the night before. The thing that really stood out was the staff, who were super friendly and attentive. Parking was very easy and convenient to the room.
nothing, everything was great

The Crown is almost perfect. Lovely, accommodating staff, great food, and what a breakfast!
Can’t fault it! It only isn’t perfect because of, erm, if it was and I said so it might become too popular!

Typical country pub.
Picture we received pre visit was nothing like the room allocated. Waste of time wardrobe with hanging rail about 1m off floor. No aircon, or any other form of cooling so we had to sleep with the windows wide open, fortunately there was some breeze. No mini bar/fridge so any cold drink had to come from the bar.
