I loved the fact it was a cottage ! Loved the little porta hole in our bedroom and cute open cupboard with a curtain .. very rustic feel!
The huge garden was beautiful and our host Andee was very helpful , she gave us tips about restaurants nearby and places to sightsee locally.
Overall a lovely weekend getaway !!

We have just returned home from a 3 night stay in Holly House - a real home from home. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and will recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the area. The property is beautiful and the garden stunning, and it is well positioned to travel in all directions to whatever activities anyone will want to do. Many historical properties are within easy reach, as is both beautiful countryside and the Sussex coast.

What a lovely place. Holly House was very comfortable and perfect for our 2 night stay. The gardens are amazing and the breakfast was beautifully cooked with plenty of choice. Thank you!
