The location was good and the staff were extremely kind and always helpful.
The noise levels of the traffic especially over the weekend, we had to wear earplugs to get some sleep. The breakfast was not worth what you paid for, and the breakfast staff were very unhelpful and at times rude when asked a question. They were never around to assist us.

Great Location city view - great amenities including laundry facilities with apartment. 2 bedroom apartment - so great for families.
Breakfast isn’t great - i would recommend eating out in KL.

Location and size.
Washing machine.
Staff at check in not too friendly.
Cigarette and musty smell in the apartment.
No hot water in one of the bathrooms which was reported and not fixed.
Limited breakfast.
