About this condo rental

Situated in Surrey, this charming condo for $112 per night is a great option for your next vacation. THE SPACE Bright & roomy upper floor of a quiet non-smoking suburb house. The master bedroom has two twin beds that are either put together as a king size or kept separate, as desired. The en-suite has a toilet, wash basin and shower stall. The main washroom has the same but it is more spacious. There are two more bedrooms, each with a single bed. All beds have a firm 12" memory foam mattress. In addition, a common access living room and fully-equipped kitchen, even a small fitness room with a treadmill, elliptical exerciser and recumbent stationary bike. DAILY SERVICE Trash and recyclables are collected daily. Basic supplies are checked and re-stocked as needed: soap, paper towels, salt & pepper, etc. PARKING Free parking on premises, on the left side of the driveway. YOUR HOSTS Your landlords are on the ground floor, separate yet almost always available in case you need anything. But if you don't need them, you don't need to see them. HOUSE RULES - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. - No visitors, registered guests only. - Pets up to 10 kg (22 lbs) may be allowed if declared in the booking request. - Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM when guests are asked to keep voices and TV volume reasonable to respect all occupants' sleep. THE NEIGHBORHOOD This is a safe and quiet residential area with little traffic. Restaurants and shopping abound all along Scott Road (1.2 km away). If you have business in Surrey, Delta or White Rock, you will have no bridge to cross so it will be quick and easy to reach your destination. If you have business in Richmond, you will cross the Alex Fraser bridge, a 6-lane crossing that is busy during rush hour but rarely ever blocked. If you have business in Vancouver, please be aware that rush hour can delay your commute: it can take an hour to reach downtown. It only takes half as long if you drive outside of rush hour. GETTING AROUND In the suburbs, you need a car. Public transit is nearby but not very convenient. Outside rush hour, you will be within a thirty-minute drive from the airport, the ferry and the cities of Vancouver and Richmond to the West, from Coquitlam and Port Moody to the North, from Langley and the Cloverdale Rodeo grounds to the East, from Crescent beach, White Rock beach and the US border crossing to the South, from a lot of places in the Lower Mainland area. Visitors driving from the US will find us approximately half way between the border crossing and the city of Vancouver. While it is best to drive from our suburb, bus routes run a few blocks away from the house. You can also park and ride at three nearby Skytrain stations to visit downtown and other areas along the train route, all the way to the Sea Bus that ferries foot passengers across the Burrard Inlet to North Vancouver. The host is great, despite our late arrival, they greeted us at the door and gave us a tour of the house and explained how things work. The “Little house book” is a great addition in case we had questions. The house is great for families, very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely go back when we revisite greater Vancouver, Merci Réjean!

Very clean 3 bedroom 2 bath home perfect for our gang. We arrived after midnight and Rajean greeted us and showed us everything we needed to know to settle in. He was also very helpful in getting us familiar with the area and helping us decide what we should see while we were there. He and his wife were wonderful hosts! Dont hesitate to stay hete.

Very nice! Owner was super friendly and even stayed up until midnight to wait for our late arrival. Unit was very well stocked even had food for us! Only suggestion I could possibly make is to have tvs in bedrooms. But our stay was very nice and will definitely recommend it.

The owners stocked the home with everything you could need to have a great time. They are nice people and very thoughtful, and responded immediately to any questions. The home was perfect for married couple plus adult children. Everyone had space. The gym had a treadmill, bike and elliptical machine so we didn’t have to go to a gym saving time and money, and everyone could use a machine they prefer. Very convenient and value for the money. We would stay here again for sure! Thank you, Rejean!

Rejean was good to work with in regards to booking and communication. The king bed was very comfortable and kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Guests should know that entrance is not private and owner visits the suite when guests are out to take out garbage.

We had a great experience. The property was perfect for us. We were greeted by Rejean and he was very personable. He went above and beyond by providing shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes, drinks for people that wanted/needed them. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, quiet, well equipped (even a gym!). We were staying here while attending a family wedding. Wanted to be near New Westminster, but didn’t want to pay a fortune. Excellent value. No complaints. Not the greatest location for exploring Vancouver, but good for our purposes. Rejean is a great host, and even brought us homemade bread!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owner met us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour - a very pleasant gentleman. There were also lots of little amenities that made our stay nice - even workout equipment. The property is in the suburbs so you don't have the "hussle" of the city, but only 30 minutes from everything including the airport. It was perfect for us.

We ecommend this place without hesitation. Rejean is welcoming and friendly. The apartment is spacious and very VERY clean. It is a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. We will definitely return to this place on our next trip to Vancouver in a few months. Everything was perfect in the apartment for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend this place! It is a very clean house that is stocked up with toiletries and breakfast foods, the beds were comfortable and the exercise room is a nice added touch. Mr. Lefebvre is very nice, he gave us a tour of the place and gave us a bit of info of the area and then left us to settle in. Would definitley come here again!

We were using this as somewhere to stay before an early flight from Vancouver airport. It's exactly as shown. Kitchen has lots of tea, coffee and other thoughtful additions. Beds are very comfortable. It's nice and quiet in a residential area. This is an ideal place for the airport, or just to explore the surrounding area. The owner was very nice - showed us around and then left us to it. They live downstairs so easily available if needed.
