Laundry facilities was a bonus
Pleasant staff
Kitchenette was a welcome addition/full size fridge
WiFi had decent speed (40 Mbps)
4 min walk to McDonalds & gas Stn for convenience store
A/C was very efficient
Price for Motel a little steep for what you get but it is in the center of the city & summertime tourist season.
No breakfast available.
Motel is very dated, but at least it was clean.

It was what i needed at the time.
There was no tea or coffee in the room. And a loud noise from the plumbing.
I didn't appreciate having to pay a damage fee of $200 . Even if it was returned on inspection of the room at checkout. Surely that is what insurance is for.
