This was our 2nd stay in this this little house and it was great. We had 4 adults (1 couple & 2 singles) and were completely comfortable. Was sad to see that the previous water view is not obscured by new construction, but the 5 minute walk to the beach was lovely.

Lisa’s house is a great place for a weekend getaway. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Can plug in if needed or unplug and enjoy the peaceful quietness or play one of the many board games. Both relaxing and refreshing.

This cute, quiet cottage with modern kitchen was our home base while we explored northeastern Maine, Acadia National Park, and the Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick, Canada. We drove over to Campobello Island (you’ll need your passport) one evening to go to Head Harbor Lightstation, which is only accessible at low tide.

This property was so lovely. The deck was beautiful to sit out on. Close to town, restaurants and West Quaddy head. Lisa was incredibly helpful and flexible. Responded really quickly to my questions. I look forward to staying again when I come back to Lubec.

Our time in Lubec was made infinitely better by staying here. It is centrally located to everything you want to see, and is perfectly clean and comfortable. Quoddy Head is ~1m down the road, Downtown and restaurants are a 5 min drive, and Campobello Island is a 10 min trip. Everything about this stay was pleasant and easy as could be. Owner was very responsive, and checkout was a breeze. Can’t wait to return again!

We wanted a place to land during our scenic tour of the area and this location was just right. Minutes from W Quoddy Headlight made a sunrise visit attainable for us. Lisa’s home was clean, comfortable and the kitchen amenities were great so we didn’t have to rely on local eateries since many places are closed in mid-October. Much appreciated!

Beautifully decorated spacious cottage close to everything. Beds were extremely comfy (not old linens like some rentals), comfy furniture and adequately stocked kitchen. Internet allowed me to work remotely.

The house is well maintained and is as described. Lisa was very helpful in extending our stay as we had to leave our last location early b/c of hurricane Fiona. The house is nicely furnished and very comfortable for the 4 of us to stay there.

The house is clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Nice deck. Loved the swing on the deck. Big disappointment to us that we rented this house because it had a view. Unfortunately and not due the owners fault, 24 hours after we checked in the neighbors installed a huge prefab house the completely blocks the view. Unfortunate but nothing the owner could do about it and the owner did refund a portion of the rental due to the lack of view. The location is quiet at night and a short drive to Lubec. We walked to the nearby beach every day although the road can be a bit busy and there are no sidewalks.
