Nice guest house, the owner is very friendly and keen to help!
She was able to organise a driver for me to get to the ship's graveyard at Moynaq, for a decent price.
The surrounding area is a bit run down, so I had to walk a fair way to find dinner.
The only bathroom was a bit unclean, but I think that had more to do with some of the other guests than the staff who were doing a good job.

A must stay in the yurt! The family who runs this place are absolutely lush and could not recommend it more.
Added bonus the yurt had AC
The WiFi isn't the strongest in the yurt but don't let this put you off as the WiFi in the garden is good

Nice family who runs the place and it warm and comfortable.
A little bit on the expensive side, but maybe the only option in the city.
