Located in Paradise, this lovely house for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. As you enter this wonderful vintage home, you will be greeted by beautiful open space and room for all . The updated kitchen is amazing and has enough room to entertain a large group. Right outside the window is the barbecue grill, with a buffet for all your cookouts. The heated pool will provide endless entertainment. If you’re not a swimmer enjoy the game room, featuring a poker table and foosball with a 55 inch TV with vintage arcade for all your entertainment needs. The upstairs offers four bedrooms away from all of the chaos to catch up on some much needed sleep, each room features its own TV. At night enjoy movies in the family room with a large 65 inch TV. For a night on the town there are plenty of amenities and several restaurants/bars close by. Tons of recreational activities as well; Helicopter Tours, Skydiving, NASCAR Driving Experience, Lake Mead, Hover Dam, and all that the world famous Las Vegas Strip has to offer, which is only a 12 minute drive. ( THIS HOUSE IS NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY) AND IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE

Very accurate description. Everything we needed. The host was very responsive, always answered my question (sent via VRBO) immediately. The game room was very popular- in the same space as the kitchen and kitchen island-very convenient. We loved the poker table, even chips and cards were provided. The TV had dozens of vintage arcade games/ videogames. The teens loved the Foosball table. The dining room was excellent for the Rehearsal Dinner. Code entry to the house made it easy for people to come and go as they pleased. I had 6 people from Europe, they loved the heated pool. Eventhough it was the coldest week of the year for Vegas, for them it was amazing to swim in an outdoor pool in mid-January. The house sleeps 12 people comfortably, we had 10. All bedrooms upstairs, so the downstairs activity didn't disturb those who wanted to sleep. The large garage fits a large SUV, but we parked in the driveway. Plenty of parking area in the cul-de-sac also. Good location - 10min from the Airport and 15-20min from the Strip. There were no hickups, everything went smoothly. This is the perfect house for a family reunion. I highly recommend it.

The house was big and spectacular. Had all the amenities needed and more. Had a game room which the kids just love. The pool was big and heated and a specious beautiful back yard. House was super clean. The location was close to everything and only about 15 minutes drive to the strip. Ron was great and answer all our questions. Just a great stay and we all had a great time. Thank you Ron !!!

In Vegas for the NFR. House is easy to get to from airport and close to the Thomas and Mack Arena. Roomy and comfortable home. The backyard with the pool and varied seating is fantastic. Felt safe in this neighbouhood. Would be a great home for large families or girls get away too! We loved it!

Wonderful stay at the property this past weekend (11/2 - 11/7). Fit all 10 adults comfortably. Property was clean and ready to go. We were able to have several large family dinners in the dining room and enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. House was 5 mins from a Walmart, 12 mins from the airport, and a quick 15 min uber to casinos and the strip. We will be staying here again!

This house was huge. We had more than enough room for our entire group. The bedrooms had plenty of room and lots of beds and sleeping spaces. Great house for multiple family vacation. The pool was awesome. The backyard was awesome, we REALLY loved the massive covered patio. Plenty of room for games outside like cornhole. Plenty of parking. The house was walking distance to food and shopping and a 5-10 minute drive to the strip. If you are a pickleball player, there is a 20+ court pickleball center at Sunset Park, 10 minutes away. Again, great house, great communication with the owner. Would recommend and we would stay here again.

We stayed for almost a week and this house was great! The pool was awesome we swam every day and the kids really enjoyed it! It was very clean as well and check-in was very simple. It was close to everything we wanted to see including the Vegas Strip, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West. Great family house with plenty of space if that is what you're looking for!

I organized a trip to NHRA Four Wide event with my brother in-law, 2 of my sons and 2 of their friends. We also had time to visit the Hoover Dam, a few casinos and also got a feel of the Freemont experience. Couldn't have chosen a better place, well situated, clean and the weather was great during our stay.

If your thinking of renting this place..DO IT! We are in town for a softball tournament and rented this house, and it was perfect! We have stayed in a lot of rental homes due to traveling for sports and this one was by far the best! The house had plenty of room, very clean, well stocked…great layout. It felt like home. The only thing it needed was a pizza cutter lol. Besides that it was perfect! My son loved the pool. He was able to swim even though it was only 60° outside because the pool is heated! Would definitely stay here again!! 10/10

Although the style of the home was a perfect time capsule of the 1970s, the kitchen and baths were nicely updated to current style and function. The backyard and pool were lovely and the sunroom off the master was an unexpected and delightful surprise. I'd certainly rent again.
