The location is excellent. Close to the famous church sites and restaurant venues, all walkable distance. The surrounding environment is peaceful, and with a 7-11 convenient store within 5 min walk.
The 2 beds were in a bunk setup on the upper level. It's not ideal for elderlies to climb the steep stairs, or if you are tall, it's quite difficult to access the beds.

Stayed here previously. Location is nice and near the Harunire Terrace and Hoshino Onsen
Common areas were run down, common toilet was dirty. A far cry from when I first visited them a year ago.
