Nestled in Ocean Beach, this attractive house for $525 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our beautiful remodeled home has hardwood and marble floors throughout. You will experience wonderful ocean breezes during the day as warm natural sunlight streams into our hilltop house in the quiet and friendly neighborhood of Point Loma. You are still located close to Ocean Beach while tucked far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, giving you a safe and secure environment to relax and feel at ease. Our fantastic kitchen boasts full granite counter tops with gas-powered Viking appliances suitable for all occasions. This space is both perfect for entertaining friends and co-workers as well as cooking and enjoying a hearty family meal as you would in your own home. UPSTAIRS - On the top floor, you will find 4 rooms including the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a California King sized bed with en-suite bathroom, including a shower and bubble tub, a flat-screen TV and a couch. - You will also have access to 3 other rooms, the first furnished with a queen-sized bed, the second with a trundle daybed and a third with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to make a Califonia King. - All three bedrooms share one full shower and tub combo bathroom. DOWNSTAIRS - On the bottom floor, you will find a converted living room furnished with four beds including one queen bed, one sleeper sofa, one full, one full futon, one twin futon, and flat-screen TV. - Our living room has a large flat screen and sofa couches. The couches can convert into beds providing sleeping space for an additional 5 to 6 people. - There is a small sleeper good for a child in the living room. - There is a bathroom on this floor with a tub. - In the garage, you will find a premium washer and dryer along with a partial gym with a flat-screen TV and 2 bicycles for exploring the area. - In the backyard, you will find a spacious patio where you can socialize while enjoying lovely hilltop views over Point Loma. - At the front of the house, you have access to 2 off-street parking spaces next to a beautiful grassed area for your morning or afternoon yoga sessions.

Perfect spot for our large group. Within a few blocks of 7-11, bars and restaurants, and a short scooter ride to the beach. Tons of space and well stocked kitchen. Nice outdoor space too!

I was excited to stay here and paid for 16 people. The day we arrived we unpacked and went directly to go to Costco to get over 500.00 worth of food. We got back to unload the food in the refrigerator and realized both garage and kitchen BOTH did not work. Along with the ice maker. The upstairs fan and light did not work in my daughters bedroom. Be careful because the small couch in the living room is being held up by a paint can . The back wood patio furniture that was wood came apart at the handle. I alerted the property owner to everything and she came over and I explained my frustration. Imagine throwing away most of the refrigerated groceries and every time you have get take you want to eat you have to eat it within a few hours or throw it away. I just saw a review from the end of May that both refrigerators didn’t work then either so this is an ongoing issue with this property. I asked for some concession on all the food I had to throw out but I got no response from the property owner on my last request. Previously she said she was working on it!! It’s been over 2 weeks. I paid a lot to stay here and it was a huge inconvenience obviously with no working refrigerator. The location was great and close to restaurants and the beach.

Location was great , home had all accommodations as said except for refrigerator which was in the process of being repaired. A little inconvenient but we made it work . Good house for large group .

This home was a perfect find for a group that needed 5 bedrooms. Parking was easy and the back yard was great. Now the buts: The home was dirty. We moved a coach and there was garbage and hair under it. Upon arrival. the refrigerator did not work. After several attempts at fixing it and texting the property manager, it never worked. We had a group of 9, with groceries and nowhere to put them. We ran to the store, bought ice and found some very dirty coolers to use. I'm a very easy going person, but this was ridiculous. It was my daughter's graduation and I had everything planned for an easy, no hassle trip and this was a BIG problem. The manager brought us a small dorm like fridge to use, that was also wobbly and the door did not close, to use for the last night. Being with our family was the most important thing, but this house had some issues.

Good location, close to airport and beach alike. Nice large back patio with room for all to gather. Sleeping areas gave plenty of space for all to sleep comfortably. Host was was in contact and response with any additional information. Great for a large group of up to 20 guests.

The property is in a great location. Close to the beach and SeaWorld. There were planes from the airport flying over, but I brought earplugs. Plenty of space for everyone in our family. Very clean.

Everything you need, even has a kayak to take to the bay. Plenty of room for 7 adults, 5 teens and 1 kid. Plenty of pull out beds and places to sleep. Perfect location and the owner was super friendly and readily available. I will be renting again.

This property was underwhelming. Pros- lots of towels, easy check in, location was close to beach (less than 10 min). Cons- felt grimy and dirty, unorganized and cluttered. Too many pieces of furniture, had many items in garage that made it feel like someone else’s home. There is an indoor dining table parked on the front lawn and a lawn chair on the roof. WiFi password written on chalkboard was incorrect and had to ask for proper WiFi information. For the money you can find better in Point Loma!
