About this condo rental
Situated in Traverse City, this attractive condo for $250 per night is a great option for your next break. This amazing condo is situated perfectly for an amazing vacation in Traverse City! **Upgraded with a brand new King Bed Oct 2022 ** -Free parking in the Old Town Parking Garage with stays through 2022. **Starting 2023 we can no longer purchase passes for guest use. The cost is $30 for a full month so it makes sense to buy even for the weekend. We have adjusted our nightly rates down to offset the $30. If you have any questions just reach out. There is a link to purchase on line. Search Traverse City parking garage permits. Or please reach out with questons prior to your stay. **Cleaned according to CDC guidelines and protocols so the condo will be extremely safe and sanitized**** - 145 E. Eighth Street Midtown Square #8 - Call or inquiry with any questions - Dedicated High-Speed Internet, Smart-TV and HD Cable - Spacious 1 Bedroom, 1 Full Bathroom, Full Kitchen, Sleeps 4 - Approximately a 1/2 mile to the beaches - Across the street from the Old Town Play House. 2nd floor condo and not handicap accessible. - A short walk to everything Downtown TC has to offer. We will have 2 bikes upon request as well. This property is great for a single person, a couple or a couple and family. Please plan on being respectful to our neighbors/friends in the neighboring units as some units are permanent residences.

Great spot for easy access to downtown, or the boardman lake trail. For the parking situation, it could be easier to use the regular city meter spots within the adjacent structure if they're available.

Enjoyed our time in Traverse City. This property was everything we wanted. It was close to town and local attractions. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with, especially helpful in finding a nearby restaurant on our first night in town. The condo is immaculate and in a great location to walk downtown for shopping or to enjoy the lake. We only got in our car to go site seeing to other areas. Having bikes available is a huge plus. We highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to come to Traverse City for a few days.

My husband and I come up to traverse yearly to celebrate our anniversary and this year we decided we wanted to stay closer to downtown. This place was amazing! It’s within walking distance of all of our favorite places to eat and a 20 min drive from the wineries. Dave and Lisa were very communicative and made the whole process easy. Everything we needed was provided. We will definitely be staying here again for our trip next year!

The condo was perfect for us! It was easy to access and having bikes available was perfect because we walked or rode bikes everywhere! The condo was clean and we had everything that we needed. We brought way too much stuff because we found that much of it was already available in the condo. The owner was amazing and communicated quickly. The location could not be better! It is right downtown and a five minute or 10 minute walk to everything, including the beach! This was our first time visiting Traverse City, and we plan to make it at least an annual trip now. We will definitely be staying in the same Vrbo condo again!

The apartment was clean and furnished with everything you'd need to have an enjoyable stay. Location was within walking distance of several restaurants/bars. Front street is within walking distance as well. The parking garage is a short distance away which made it easy to get to activities not within walking distance. This was a quite area which was great!! I will definitely come back!!

My family had a great time here. The condo was very clean, and had everything we could have wanted. It’s proximity to downtown Traverse City made it perfect for our trip.

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was a few blocks from downtown. Parking was in a parking garage close by and the parking passes were easy to use.
Entrance to the condo was easy access. You can pull your vehicle close to the door to unload and load your belongings. There are 15 steps to go up as soon as you open the door. We found the condo cozy for 2 people. It's very clean. There is no view from any of the windows. We had a problem with the oven not working bc of an earlier power outage. We goggled the error code and were able to resolve the issue. We messaged the owners and they responded right away but were unsure how to help us as this hadn't happened before. We found we bumped our heads on the fan over the stove a number of times. You'd think since we did that once we wouldn't do it again, but we did.
The new king mattress was comfy. We slept great. The amenities were basic. Bring oil, butter, milk, condiments if you plan on eating in. Plates, glasses and mugs, 4 ea, were also limited . There is a small dishwasher but found we hand washed the dishes so we didn't run out.
Lighting is a bit on the dim side. There was lots of bedding, towels, toilet paper, body wash and shampoo/conditioner.
Check in and out was extremely easy. Would stay here again.

This condo is spotless and in a great location. It has everything you will need for your time away. There are 2 things I think would be helpful to know. As some others have said, the bed is very uncomfortable and not for you if you have any back issues or if you don't like a soft and in some places lumpy mattress.
The second thing is there are 16 steps going up to the condo once you enter the front door. For older people or anyone with mobility issues this could be problematic.

The condo was clean, neat, well maintained and properly supplied. Check in was simple and parking was only a short walk to a parking structure. It was easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.

First, the good news. Property was very clean and had a great location being walking distance to good restaurants. Parking was easy and safe. Bad news is the beds. We read reviews about how bad they were but chalked it up to some people will whine about anything. When I laid down my feet was well above my head and we tried everything to make it better. Flipping and rotating mattress didn’t help. We got about three hours of sleep that night and slept on the foldout sofa the next night which wasn’t much better. I will pay more attention to reviews in the future.
