Very clean and well decorated. Washer/dryer was a huge convenience. We spent a lot of time on the back porch with the ceiling fan watching the birds. Very convenient location right across from the pool. Short 10 mile drive to the beach. It was our first time to this part of the country and we will be back. Only complaint is there was only one roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom.

There is some lack of attention to detail. One of the recliners was broken, there were scratches on the wall behind the broken recliner, the leather was peeling off the other recliner…just needed a little TLC, but overall was a good stay
