The host was fantastic - very hospitable without being overbearing, even though we didn’t have a shared language. The room is a great size for a solo traveller and had everything I needed. The location was great - there is a bus right outside and so getting around was really easy (but don’t bus without a ticket, I got stung with a fine!)
There is a restaurant outside so it can be a bit noisy in the evenings and early mornings, especially if you leave the window open

L'appartamento è ottimo per due persone,molto pulito e fresco e la signora Barbara e suo marito sono persone gentilissime e simpatiche. A 15 minuti in macchina da Porto venere o mezz'ora con il pullman e la fermata è praticamente difronte.
Se torneremo nella zona li ricontatteremo di sicuro

The room and area was decent enough. Remotely located which was what I like.
The bed bottom was cracked and sagged and with a 5” foam mattress was an awful sleep. The a/c would quit through the night and very thin walls that can hear everything upstairs and side apartments. We set up for cleaning on days we would be away that never happened and then the next day when we were in to rest and relax she came by numerous times knocking on the door to clean. We set up for cleaning the next day but she never came. Plan for this or you run out of important things needed. Ie. TP 🧻
