Одно из лучших мест на Кароне. Приедем ещё. Искали именно в этих тихих переулках и не прогадали

До пляжа 5-10 мин пешком, расположен в тихом тупиковом переулке. Всё чисто, культурно. Гари - гостеприимный хозяин, девушки чисто убирают номера. 7-eleven в 100 метрах, можно купить всё необходимое, в 10 мин ночной рынок, в 1 км дешёвые продовольственный магазин для аборигенов.

Добродушный и отзывчивый хозяин Близость к морю Тишина и в тоже время в центре

Я думаю что все со временем все устроится Пандемия внесла изменения Недоставало фена негде сушить белье В номере был очень шумный кондиционер

Super ubytování za rozumnou cenu, blízko pláže

Ubytování na super místě, všude blízko, na pláž pár kroků, všude okolo restaurace a bary. Gary je velmi milý a vstřícný hostitel, se vším poradil a pomohl. Letadlo nám odlítalo až o půnoci, takže jsme byli celý den na pláži a věci jsme si mohli nechat na místě, navíc po návratu z pláže nám byla umožněna sprcha, takže super!

- trochu slabší wifi (pro ty, kteří jedou na dovolenou, aby surfovali na netu :D pro nás to nebyla žádná tragedie)

Собственно своей цене соответствует. Минусы перекрывает расположение. Но все таки белье должно быть чистым не зависимо о

Месторасположение,более менее соответствующая цена.

Постельное белье было грязное,несвежее. После перелета не было сил что то доказывать,поменяли только откровенно испачканное полотенце,постельное же белье было явно уже кем то использовано,на ресепшен нас в этом плане не услышали. Сам номер темный ,грязноватый. Никаких принадлежностей в ванной не было.

Very central but quiet and very convenient for the shops, bars and beach!

All staff were very friendly, especially Gary who was happy to help with any questions I had.

I wish there had been a lift!

I liked everything in this hotel, but cleaning didn't come first days,or maybe I had to call it bymyself, I don't know . But anyways thank you, it's wonderful hotel with wonderful staff.

Everything was very good, except wi-f, it doesn't work on the 4-th floor unfortunately,I couldn't work.

Great value for money for budget travellers

This is very good value for money in the south of Karon beach, a 3 minute walk from the beach itself with bars and restaurants next door. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed with air con, fridge and good shower. There is a small bar downstairs and laundry service as well. It was a quiet stay and ideal for a couple of nights for an excellent price.

Karon wasn't our favourite location in Thailand unfortunately, it felt like a lot of bars and restaurants were closed down and up for sale as the atmosphere was quieter than we expected. There could be some basic toiletries like shower gel or shampoo provided in the room. Towels were stained and looked dirty, would recommend they need replacing.

Great budget accommodation.

Great value, clean comfortable and spacious room. Friendly and helpful owner. Great location close to bars and restaurants and not far from the beach. I paid under £50 for three nights and didn’t know what to expect but I was very pleased with the the accommodation, sure it’s budget but it’s also clean comfortable and fantastic value for money.

Booking confirmed and then unconfirmed so no stay eventuated.

I booked this place at about $27AUD and as usual, it said it was the last room. Confirmation was sent and confirmed. I then requested a rear room if possible. The response was no rear room available which was OK but then Paul told me I have no room at all. In effect my confirmed booking was suddenly unconfirmed. I complained to Booking .com who fobbed me off to Paul who fobbed me off to booking .com. In fact I received an email from a dodgy site my computer refused to accept. I checked the next day to find the last room which I thought I snapped up was now selling for $54AUD, a slight increase of 100%. I have never experienced this sort of shenanigans ever and would advise everyone to avoid this shonky operator at all costs

The owner was very polite & friendly, the accommodation was basic but very clean & also it was very reasonable priced considering it's location.

Paul and staff members are really nice and helpfull; We finally stayed in the appartment and it was one of the best room of our 3 months trip; The location is amazing; I was worried of the sound as it says "bar" but it's very quiet, it's not a buzy bar with loud music. Some people complain because there is no stuff like tooth brush in the bathroom. 2023 people, say no to single use plastic!

A big water jar in the bar instead of single use plastic bottle would be better for the planet

great location, 2 minutes from the beach. Paul the owner was very welcoming and friendly rooms were clean and tidy an overall great stay, would stay again oh and not to mention the doggy you see around makes your day and loves a pet

Good value for money.

Very good value for money. Owner is a really friendly bloke- makes the effort to know your name, say hello, and make you feel at home. 2 minute walk to the beach and bars

Slight drain smell in the area, but the rooms and facilities themselves are clean.

Excellent location for a beach stay in Karon

The rooms were incredibly nice, very comfy furniture and beautiful views of the little square outside the building. The room was very clean and the bathroom was great. The staff were lovely and Paul, the owner, helped us a lot with figuring out our next travel steps. It's also fairly close to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars

It was a bit noisy at night but not too bad

This is such a cozy place to stay in Phuket! We was with family and family room was perfect for us as it has good double bed and 2 single. Owner is a really nice man, has an adorable dog, kids miss them so much... next time hope to come back again!
