About this house rental
Located in Brewster, this lovely house for $228 per night is a great option for your next trip. Make our sunny and bright home your vacation retreat. You will appreciate the only 2 minutes walk to the Fletcher indoor/outdoor pool complex ( pool passes included, see below for details*). Park your car right in front of the house and come in. Enjoy the warmth of this two-story townhouse (very private indeed) that is tastefully decorated and with original photography of Cape Cod scenery. Wall A/C units in the living room and master bedroom. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and exit to the patio. Conventional stairs to the second floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, twin bunk bed, and another twin bed) and a full bath. Wake up to the pristine view of the golf course and birds singing, and enjoy breakfast or BBQ on your private patio while your children play freely and safely. The shed may store 2 bikes. Entertainment equipment: Roku for streaming of your choice, Smart TV, home theater, DVD blu-ray, HIFI stereo system, Wireless Internet. Roku for streaming, Smart TV, DVD-BD in the master bedroom. Enjoy our library of DVDs, kid's books, and games. Professionally cleaned before your arrival. Inquire about possible long-term stay in winter. New updates.: New beds in kid's room. New sofa in LR ( July 2022). We keep improving! We want you to feel as comfortable as possible, enjoy your vacation and keep coming back. We provide pool passes PRIVILEGES. The resort will charge you an additional fee at the door. Please remember to bring your linens and towels. We do not provide it. We do provide pillows and blankets. If you wish, we can rent linens and towels for you or refer you to a rental place.

We stayed for 2 weeks to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and loved our time there. The place was great - had everything we needed. Mona was terrific - from the booking to the check-into the time we left. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location in brewster is great, and being on the Ocean Edge property is convenient. We could walk to the pool which my kids loved (heads up the outdoor one is not heated but the indoor one is). It is also right near the Cape Cod Rail trail, so we could just hop on our bikes from the condo and head out. As far as the condo itself, check in/out was super easy and Mona was very easy to communicate with for any issues. It was clear that she equipped the condo with everything you could need - pots, pans, cooking oil, paper towels, laundry detergent, you name it. I was even surprised and thankful that i found a bed rail attachment in the closet so my 3 year old daughter didnt fall out of bed! The condo was a perfect size, location and very cozy for our family of 4. Thanks mona!

The owner was great and the process of checking in and out is seemless. The townhouse has everything you need and served as a great location during our Cape Cod adventures. We enjoyed evening walks at Ocean Edge. The beautiful golf course acts as a nice back drop. The local town of Brewster is one of our favorites on the Cape. There are beaches, coffee shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, all within a few minutes of the townhouse. Also, there are grocery stores within a few miles.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds were very comfortable as well as the furniture in the living room. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and the owner was so thoughtful that she had cando on the dining room table as well as a bottle of wine.

This was our third time staying at this property and we've always had good experiences! We were impressed as always by the owner's communication, and in the case of hiccups, willingness to fix everything! When we arrived it appeared the place hadn't been cleaned yet, and there was a problem with the linen rental (not the fault of the condo owner); but the owner immediately got on the phone and fixed it so the cleaners came the next day and our linens were replaced no charge. The owner was apologetic and she refunded us the first night. Very well handled.

Perfect location for a family!
We had the best time at Mona’s property - the house as well as the resort itself were very well-maintained and clean, we loved using the pool! Communication was great and check-in & check-out was very easy. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and we would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely place
The place was nice, had all we need and more. No need to bring toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags as all was there. Grill did not work at first, but the owner quickly got it repaired for us on 4th of July. Love having the washer and dryer upstairs. Great location and went for a few nice runs and close to the pool area. Two comments, the place wasn’t super clean where I had to clean myself before unpacking and no air conditioner in the kids bedroom. Was warm when we were there and put an extra fan in their room which was a tad dusty. Other than that all was great and thank you for having us.

Fantastic!
We just left today after a week celebrating our anniversary and we are already missing it. The owner Mona was wonderful at communicating for months prior to our arrival and called after we arrived to make sure everything was ok.
We arrived to find wine, flowers and chocolates which was such a nice surprise.
The home was perfect! Plenty of space, very warm and welcoming and my husband loved the Weber grill!
We hope to be back and would not stay anywhere else!

We did not use the pool, although we had expected to, because it was costly and the beach is just better! We only used the AC once—we had exceptional weather with cool nights and the sliders in the master bedroom cooled things down. We were very pleased with our choice and would happily visit again.

Lovely vacation spot - great host
We’ve been coming to the Cape for years and decided this year to rent a place. We made the right decision with this home. The host was gracious and thoughtful, and the house was clean, comfortable, sunny, quiet, and private, with all of the Ocean Edge pools to explore and enjoy. We plan to be back!

A great Cape Cod vacation!
We had a wonderful stay at the property! It was a very inviting home and well-equipped for a family including a crib, high chair and gate. We loved the location as it was an easy walk to Fletcher pool and the backyard space was great for our young children. We needed assistance once during our stay and Mona was very responsive and helped to quickly address our need. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

great experience in Ocean Edge
On Aug. 2018 I have arrived and stayed at Shlomit Yerushalmi's townhouse for a week. I came with my family (partner and two children). The house was clean, nicely decorated, great location (close to the pool, bike bath, club house, golf course...). It was obvious that Shlomit thought of the needs of her guests- kitchen is full of all the necessary tools, and lots of movies to watch for all ages. She made sure to be in touch to make sure everything was okay and answered our questions in a timely manner and always with good intentions. We had a great time, would love to come back and would highly recommend this unit.

The owner communicated well with any questions we had. The description of the location, amenities, etc. was totally accurate. I would definitely recommend this townhouse to a friend or relative. My grandson learned to walk when in the townhouse so we will always have a soft spot. When I told the owner that, she was genuinely happy for our family. I love that type of personal touch. Great family stay!
We are a family of 4, kids 3 and 7, who visited the Cape for the first time. The location of the townhome is so central to everything on the Cape. Plus, having the amenities of Ocean Edge Resort to keep the kids busy really helped, especially on rainy days. The townhouse had all the comforts of home and was extremely well kept. Mona and Herzel are very responsive to questions and really go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. We have already booked again for next year!

Wonderful!
This was the perfect townhouse for our family with two small children. It was a home away from home with all the small amenities we could need for our preschooler and baby. The surrounding grounds are nicely kept and the whole community feels very safe. We enjoyed the onsite playground, pools and easy access to the bike trails. Mona was very easy to work with over email. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if going to Brewster!

All you need for your getaway
This was our second time staying at this lovely and perfectly appointed condo and I can't say enough about the great experience we have had each time. The entire complex is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The owners (Mona and Herzel) are incredibly welcoming, immediately responsive to any inquires, and always have made our vacation easy as can be. We are welcomed with wine and chocolates on the kitchen table (awesome!) and there are instructions posted (wireless internet, check out tasks, etc) for easy use. The kitchen has all the essentials you need for meal prep and the grill is ready to go with the propane filled. The living space is open and just perfect for our family of 4. Having two floors is great so that when the kids go to bed, my husband and I can hang out and have some quiet time of our own. And having a washer and dryer there is so convenient (barely any laundry to do when we go home). The condo is walking distance to the indoor/outdoor pool, exercise center, tennis and basketball courts. Blueberry Pond is part of the property and we enjoyed paddle boarding this year as our newest venture. Shaw's grocery store is 10 minutes away in Orleans and all of the activities we enjoy are 25 minutes or less of a drive from the condo. This place feels like our home away from home and we can't wait to get back there for our next trip to the Cape. My two year old said when we were packing the car to leave, "Mommy, I don't wanna go". Who could blame him...I didn't either. :) I highly recommend this property to families seeking a relaxing, family friendly, uncomplicated vacation. It's simply the best!
