I stayed for 11 days while in town for work. I enjoyed it very much. Multiple pools and hot tubs to chose from. The gated community made walks in the evening safe and worry free. Gym onsite as well. Great communication from the property manager with any questions i had and he communicated everything beforehand thoroughly and accurately. I plan on returning.

Did not use the pool. We were very comfortable during the stay. Absolutely no issues. Would stay again. Good value.

We were in Phoenix in early April 2018 for a brief golf vacation and family birthday celebration. Due to a 5 hour flight delay we arrived at 2:00 am, and were very relieved that all the provided codes worked to gain entry. The condo was excellent, updated, clean, quiet and comfortable. We didn't really utilize the amenities of the complex, but the complex itself looked to be well kept. We enjoyed the variety of food choices just to the north of the complex. Bryan checked in with us regularly to ensure everything was good. This was my first VRBO rental and it went very well, would definitely recommend Bryan's condo.
