Car Recommended to explore

Our condo is located on a hillside on the east end of St. Thomas. We cannot recommend a car enough - it allows you to explore on your own schedule!

If you are new to VRBO, please keep in mind that you are renting a private condo and you won`t have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!

Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and parts of the island may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas. The property has new full backup generators so these outages will not effect your stay in the unit. Should there be a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators so your vacation will not be interrupted.

This unit is located within the Point Pleasant Villa Owners Association Condominium property but is not part of the in house rental program.

As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing `cancel for any reason` travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, or power/wifi outages.
