This stylish 1BR/1BA top-floor condo features cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, and an open, airy layout. Relax on your private balcony, full kitchen, enjoy a remodeled bath with walk-in shower, and unwind in the elevated bedroom with an amazing view even from the bed! Ideal for couples seeking a quiet getaway close to beaches, dining, and island adventures.
The living room is equipped with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring St. Thomas and even St. John. The living room also has access to the private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the reflections of the sunset.
The kitchen is fully equipped with ample counter space, and a breakfast bar, making it easy to whip up a quick meal. The spacious bedroom is complete with a comfortable King-sized bed and closet space, The bathroom features a walk-in shower and plenty of storage space.
Whether you are looking for a peaceful retreat or an exciting adventure, this condo is the perfect place to call home. With breathtaking views and a prime location, you will have everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
Guests have use of the entire space. We do keep one locked closet for our personal items.

We are located on the popular East End of St. Thomas.
Renting a car is the best way to explore St. Thomas and all of it`s beautiful beaches! Adventure out and see our beautiful island!
There are steps up to our place but it gives us our amazing view! You feel like you are on top of the world! We are on the top floor of our building - It`s 3 half flights up (we are built into a hillside) so not too bad. Please know there are steps to get to the pools and the restaurant also. You can take the on-site shuttle down and back up from the restaurant and pools.

As you’re dreaming of sipping piña coladas and soaking up the sun here in the US Virgin Islands, we wanted to give you a little heads-up. While the months of August, September and October often bring us beautiful blue skies and warm breezes, it’s also the time when Mother Nature can be a bit unpredictable.
You might experience days filled with sunshine or get treated to some scattered rain showers (perfect for a cozy afternoon in your suite). There’s also the possibility of a tropical wave or, on rare occasions, even a hurricane trying to crash the party.
While we always hope for the best, we like to be prepared for anything. That`s why we strongly recommend getting travel insurance for your trip. With travel insurance, you can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind, knowing you’re covered no matter what the weather decides to do. Because let’s face it, the only surprises you want on your vacation are the good kind—like a sea turtle swimming by during your snorkel!
Now, just in case Mother Nature gets really dramatic and a storm in the Virgin Islands causes the airport on St. Thomas to close, preventing you from flying in, we’ve got you covered with a full refund. However, if a storm somewhere else impacts your travel, we won’t be able to provide a refund—so if you’re flying from or through areas that might be hit by snowstorms, windstorms, or any other weather adventures, trip insurance is definitely the way to go.
If you’re already on-island and a named storm decides to drop by, we will close your hurricane shutters for you and keep you informed as best as possible!

We got most everything that we thought we’d get with the property. The view was amazing. The on-site restaurants were both good. And the proximity to Red Hook was hard to beat. The only things that stood out was some communication challenges with the resort / property office and a lack of hot water in the property, regardless of the time we wanted it.

This was truly a beautiful location to stay! It was on a hill overlooking the ocean (amazing sunrise and sunsets). Just 10 minutes from the port it was quick to travel to other islands. There was amazing restaurants on property as well. In addition, the host provided everything else I needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Enjoyed exploring St Thomas as well as St John’s. Location was near Red Hook and Ferry to St John’s. Place was exceptional and view was absolutely beautiful. Hosts were very responsive. Will definitely be back!
