The reception to the hotel was warm and very welcoming.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast limited, but served in room. Can't complain.
Check out was at 10am and luggage storage was simply behind a curtain in the reception where any other person coming in and out had access to. Reception not manned most of the times and had to stay outside of lodging for an hour till my cab picked me up. Wouldn't let me stay in the lobby.

The location was very good. The breakfast served in the room was above current average in Naples, but way below the level just a couple of years ago.
-) The room was very noisy, due to a bad insulation of the window facing the main street.
-) The sink was clogged.
-) The room was nicely renewed, but it was not cleaned properly, and some sign of dirt accumulation on the floor was evident.
-) The breakfast was generous, but I would have appreciated less choices in favor of one single traditional patisserie.
