Beautiful room
WiFi and Aircon not fabulous, slow WiFi, Aircon not powerful enough to cool room size, lacking facilities ie fridge, water

Super central location and very good value for money
There is no personnel on site and therefore if anything you always have to call the owner (who is though super responsive)

The location is second to none, Chiaia is a safe area with lots of places to eat nearby and walkable to other parts of Napoli. The place is tastefully decorated. It wasn’t straightforward to arrange leaving my luggage there earlier than check in time but management responded quickly.
It’s not the property itself but it can get noisy outside and also some of the fixtures and fittings and furniture need to be done up.
