The property is close to all the attractions making it easy to explore the city.

I was placed on the ground-level unit and there was a hint of cigarette smoke in the room. Also, you can hear everything in the room. I’m assuming that there is some work taking place in the building and they start early at 7 am.

Cely personal velmi mily a ochotny - skoda, ze nas neupozornili na probihahici stavebni prace predem (nepristupnost terasy a nemoznost vetrani cerstvym vzduchem, hluk) - ale personal prisel s navrhem kompenzace (snidane) a vzdy velice ochotne vsechno s nami resili a pomohli. Vsichni byli uzasni;)) Skvela poloha - vsude se da dojit pesky. Prip. zastavka autobusu primo pred vchodovymi dvermi (prime linky ke Koloseu, Termini jedou kazdych 15min)

Kvuli probihajici rekonstrukci v dome nebyla pristupna terasa - coz je jediny zdroj cerstveho vzduchu pro cely apartman. Vetrani bylo mozne pouze pres klimatizaci nebo otevrenim dveri do chodby. Rano byly stavebni prace hodne hlucne. V apartmanu nejsou skrine na veci - pouze satna s vesaky.

1) this apartment is located very close to the all sights and attractions in Rome and Vatican. Yes, literally, it is in 5 mins far from Vatican. 2) Very calm and silent apartment. I am very sensitive to noise during the nights, and I spent a wonderful nights in this apartment. 3) there are a lot of bars, restaurants, cafes around and it is very comfortable and they don't annoy you during the nights. 4) there is a terrace on the third floor where you can spent you evenings and morning yoga sessions.

1) unfortunately, there were no any windows there, only a roof tiny windows and glass doors, but it doesn't count, in my perspective. We didn't spend time sitting in apartment, we only had nights there. However, if you are planing to sit inside for hours, it might be a bit obnoxious. 2) I am not sure that there were any free parking lots around. I guess, if we have a car, it might be a problem. Anyway, I guess, if you discuss it with the host, they can help you.

the rooms unfortunately don’t have windows, there is a small courtyard, but the apartment is in basement.

The staff made me feel like a VIP. The courtesy check on how the stay was going and as simple as wishing us a Merry Christmas.

not clean, some ordour, once you check out, they never reply you any inquires. I was trying to ask a accommandation invoice, they never reply me!!!!
