Sehr entspannen und erholsam!

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Nähe zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten leicht erreichbar. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub am Strand braucht. Unkomplizierte Übergabe, ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Excellent place for two couples enjoying a week of fun in the sun.

Quiet area steps away from the beach. Accommodations were comfortable and had almost everything we needed.

If I am being nitpicky it’s somewhat dated but that did not hinder the experience whatsoever.

It was a good deal for the money.

The location was the best part. We also enjoyed the front porch.

The bathrooms and kitchen need renovated.

Close to beautiful beaches, good restaurants, easy to get to. We were even allowed to use the garage during TS Nicole.

Can't think of anything other than I'm not used to having to provide my own coffee and paper towels. Not a big problem... that way I got to have the brands I like.

The area has a more community vibe. It was tourist or over crowded like the public beaches.

Very close to the beach. It was right across the street. good restaurants close by.

My family would definitely stay again

Location is great. Right across the street from beach entrance.

A couple lights that didn't work during our stay and shower pressure in master isn't great, but nothing that can't be easily overlooked given all the positives about the place.

Very nice

What breakfast? Location very good.

Several light bulbs out. Fan in back bedroom was on in back bedroom & could never discover how to turn it off. Did not have but one adult beach chair.

Great place especially for the price.

Overall great price, great location, and great home. Comfortable and spacious. 10/10 would recommend and book again in the future.

Everything was great; really have zero complaints.

A Home Away from Home

Location was just a block away from the beach. In a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle . The home is very cozy and comfortable . And had all the essentials and more.

Great place to stay!

Great location to the beach! The house had everything you'll need for a beach getaway-floaties, beach towels, buggy to transport all your gear, beach umbrella, chairs. Wonderful stay! The Island is gorgeous

We loved how open and clean it was. It was just a very short walk to the beach. Had a great back porch and front sitting area. Close to everything. Never heard the neighbors from inside the house. Thank you for sharing your beach house!

It had little tiny ants that got in our food.

The house is clean, and so much bigger than I expected. The location is perfect, so close to the peaceful beach. Not crowded at all on that beach. The whole experience was wonderful. Our first time on Anna Maria Island. We will return for sure.

Superb

Loved the decor, the layout of the rooms, and the "supplies". It is a very "livable" house, in a great area. Was able to walk to shopping and restaurants, and only a stone's throw from the beach!

The trash issue, which I'm sure is resolved. I felt a bit "exposed" with the patio open to Gulf Dr., nut that is my issue, not yours. I also had trouble figuring out the lights; what worked on a switch and what didn't. (The table lamp in the "lanai" bedroom, doesn't seem to be working. I tried changing the bulb, but that didn't help.)
