Nestled in Lake Havasu City, this charming house for $145 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Great location, close to downtown and Lake Havasu golf course. Large pool with a panoramic view of the beautiful sunsets over the lake and mountains. Rest and relax around the pool in padded chaise lounges. The property also backs up to a wash and my empty lot next door making it very private, open and quiet. Plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and on the street. Relax in this spacious 1661 sq. ft. home-away-from-home. Open floor plan with split bedrooms for privacy. 2 extra-large master bedrooms with full baths, living room, family room, dining room, breakfast bar and cooks kitchen with stainless steel appliances. All bedrooms have premium mattresses. One master bedroom has cal king and a full private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two queen beds with its own full bath and outside access to the pool area. Both have TVs and ceiling fans. Additional futons will sleep 2-3 people. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable. New variable-speed Central heating and air conditioning keep the indoor temperature consistent, no up and down fluctuation with traditional AC. All rooms have ceiling fans as well. Sliding doors lead to the covered and shaded patio, the best place to enjoy the pool and panoramic views along with your coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. With two large master suites (plus a large closet) and two full baths, there are lots of places to sleep, relax and play. The front living room overlooks the large front patio, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy an amazing view of the lake and sunset to the west. The back patio has a beautiful view from the pool deck, gas BBQ, Weber charcoal grill, outdoor gas heating tower, and a fully covered additional dining area for 6-8 people. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs, and all appliances are newer Maytag brand. 55” flat-screen TV with Netflix and unlimited streaming on numerous channels are viewable from the kitchen, whether preparing dinner or cocktails, you can watch TV as well. The house is well maintained and professionally cleaned in preparation for your visit to Havasu Horizons. We look forward to accommodating you and your family.

Beautiful home with a great open floor plan, Large rooms with comfortable beds, and Large Spacious bathrooms. GREAT A/C! This home had everything we needed for our family, BBQ, & Grill, All cooking pans, plates utensils, spices.. etc.. The Pool and backyard patio seating was the place we spent most of our time. We loved the pool was shaded from the house patio cover position that made the pool so much more comfortable. close to Markets (Smiths) ( Alberston's).. and the quainte downtown. A short drive down the street from Body Beach for the locals, Rotary Park & London Bridge. My Family said we want to come back here and would love make it a yearly visit. Thank you

Beautiful home. Spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need, including spices and condiments. The pool was cool and clean and great to come back to after a hot day on the lake. Will definitely stay here again.

My family loved having the pool to relax in during the evenings after being on the lake. The layout was perfect for us. And being able to park in the garage was great. But, the house smelled like smoke, someone had been smoking inside. I installed two air fresheners and an odor absorber. There were a couple of deferred maintenance items. But the owner seemed like those would be taken care of, they hadn’t been reported. Overall, this was a great location and home for me and my family.

We took our adult children and their spouses to Havasu and stayed at this location. It was extremely spacious for 6 adults. The location is ideal just up the hill from London bridge area and rotary park beaches. Well stocked, well maintained. The property manager was great to deal with. The check in process was seamless. Our family of 4 stayed here the week of 4th of July and had a wonderful time! Most of our time was spent in the pool and patio and the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. This house has beautiful views of the mountains and Lake Havasu and we were even able to see the fireworks from the pool on the 4th of July. It was a great week of rest and relaxation that this busy family needed.

The property was exactly as described. The location was perfect and the views are beautiful. Nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to the grocery store. Our only minor disappointment was the pool is not heated and water temp was only in the 60’s so a bit chilly for swimming. Weather however was beautiful every day! Thank you again for sharing your home. We didn’t lack for anything in the home.

Furniture and bed (king) is extremely comfortable. Home is clean with clear notes around the house with regard to switches, windows, screens and drapes. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the needed cooking utensils and cookware. Backyard has a nice view of the lake with a patio table with chairs and the pool is clean and refreshing. Bonnie is very responsive with the contact that we had with her. Enjoyed our stay

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious home. The beds and furniture are exceedingly comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly and protected us from outside temperatures in the 100s. When outside the pool was perfect for staying cool. We visit Havasu yearly to visit with family and this home is at the top of my list for booking as next year approaches.

Communication with Bonnie was great. She is very accommodating. House was nice and spacious. Great house for a small family. They even had lots of board games for the family to play with. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans for cooking at home. Beautiful views of sunsets from the front of the house. Couldn’t figure out how to use the TVs in the bedrooms for the life of me. The only other thing we had a very hard time with is getting our boat into the driveway as it’s quite steep and the street was a bit busy... there’s only one way to get it in and it took at least 15 each time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. 😃

The house was excellent , my family and I had a great time . The pool is great it’s big and clean and it’s perfect for the entire family. Everything was provided from kitchen to bathrooms with enough towels. The only problem was both the showers did not have enough water pressure , and could not be used at the same time .
