About this house rental
Luxury stay in the most exclusive part of Rome, on the top of Trinità dei Monti (Spanish Steps), where you will be surrounded by the velvets of our high quality furnishings and Italian manufacture and where you can sip Champagne in the emotional Jacuzzi.
Our luxury apartment is 200 square meters close to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, it consists of a large kitchen, with a dining room, three bedrooms, one extra-suite with a round bed, two bathrooms, one of which with Jacuzzi with chromotherapy. Furnished with high quality materials and high Italian manufacturing furniture, with parquet and LED lighting throughout the apartment. It is located on the second floor with a lift and is equipped with all the comforts, heating, adjustable air conditioning, internet connection, 2 50-inch TVs, 1 65-inch TV, 3 safety deposit boxes, courtesy kit and hairdryer, bathroom linen and bed and kitchen supply, kettle, Nespresso machine.
Free luggage storage at check-in and check-out.
The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

Our host (Joey) gave us a warm welcome to Rome. He met us at the property and helped us with our bags. The elevator was a god send. The property is clean and the 2 bathrooms helped expedite the getting ready process with multiple people. The air conditioning was a must for us when visiting Rome during the hot weather and it was ice cold. We were very happy being so close to the Spanish steps, monuments and shopping areas. There are tons of bars and restaurants around and parking for your rental car up the street. We loved our stay and will book again.

Very beautiful apartment. Check-in was very easy and helpful. I was surprised it did not have a washer. Centrally located in a wonderful neighborhood convenient to most attractions.
