About this apartment rental
Located on the 4th floor of an historical building, in one of the most famous and elegant streets of Rome, just a few steps from the Trinità dei Monti in Piazza di Spagna (Spanigh Steps), this elegant and bright apartment is composed of 3 large double bedrooms, a spacious living room with convertible sofa bed, kitchenette and two bathrooms (one of which is ensuite). The apartment has free wi fi and air conditioning.
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic city center, and you can walk to most of the city's sights. Just a few minutes walk from the underground train service A line Spagna.

This three-bedroom, two bath apartment was perfect for five people. At the top of the Spanish Steps, the street was quiet but just a few steps from all the action. A perfect combination. The host was remarkably responsive to all my questions. The apartment itself was awesome. It was a lot cheaper than getting three rooms in a hotel, just a little more than one room would have cost. The only issue I had was that our stay was too short. I didn't want to leave. Not the host's fault.

Overall the unit was good, great location, quick walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi. A few minor improvements needed, like a squeaky door, mattress and loose door handle and had to request additional towels-which were dropped off quickly. Otherwise It was clean and suited our needs well.

Overall, this is a nice property in a good location less than a minute walk from the top of the Spanish Steps. Apartment was clean. Host was responsive and helpful. I would recommend the property, but a few issues cut off a couple stars.1 - The air conditioner units in the two main bedrooms are not powerful enough to cool the rooms. Every night, we spent the first 3-4 hours with no covers on because it was so hot in those rooms. I imagine it will be even worse in the coming months.2 - The bed in the primary bedroom (with the blue bathroom attached) needs a new mattress ASAP. It would probable be fine if only one person was sleeping in it. But it sags significantly towards the middle. This makes it very uncomfortable if multiple people are using the bed.3 - The sink drain plug in the blue bathroom needs to be repaired. For water to drain properly, the plug has to be manually pulled out (which creates a risk of losing items down the drain).4 - Most minor issue. But it would've been nice to have at least one day's worth of coffee pods to use with the provided machine. We stayed in 4 different properties during this trip and this was the only one that didn't provide any coffee/water/wine/snacks. Again, this is minor and they don't NEED to do this, but at least coffee would be a nice touch.
