The property is new, beautifully furnished and very comfortable for our family. We appreciated the air-conditioning during summer! Our kids were thrilled to run around the perimeter of the house and there was never a safety concern as the grounds are well kept and there is gate as well. We look forward to visiting in winter

My friends and I had a mums weekend away at this beautiful property and couldn’t have been more comfortable. When we weren’t out and about, we spent most of our time in front of the gas fireplace on the comfortable lounges. The house was beautifully clean, bathrooms included, and the bedrooms are generous sizes and were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hart House and would book again.

The floor plan is perfect for a stay at home weekend - different places to sit, eat and talk. The house was warm, clean and comfortable. Close to Berrima for an outing. We loved our weekend there and I am wanting to return.

Well located,clean property. Everything that we wanted. Trudy always responded quickly when we needed information. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing I could fault was that the shower door in the main bathroom didn’t close properly and thus water on the floor had to be attended to after each shower

Our stay was good, clean property. However the main bathroom shower is leaking, as I believe you are aware due to the water marks on the floorboards and mould near the door frame. My MIL took a fall last night. Resulting in bruised legs. This was due to the water pooling outside the bathroom. It is absolutely a hazard. This needs to get fixed ASAP to avoid this happening to other parties. She was alone at the time and is absolutely devastated she fell.

This is our second stay at Hart Haus, the first time we really enjoyed the comfort of the sofas but unfortunately they were swapped for a very uncomfortable sofa and club chairs. The dining room chairs were also swapped for cold metal ones and too low for the height of the table. We could not utilise the fireplace because the sofa was placed in front of it and instructions were not to move any furniture. There were no instructions for coffee machine or the oven. It is with regret that we will not be booking Hart Haus next year because of these issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Hart Haus this weekend. The house was beautifully set up, comfy lounges and beds, quality linen and towels. A well stocked kitchen and so great to have access to Netflix. Bowral main street was a 2 minute drive away, would have been a great walk except for the rain. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Thank you!
