About this cottage rental
Situated in Bowral, this lovely cottage for $337 per night is a great option for your next break. Lulu’s Cottage boasts a quiet, leafy location. Only a short walk to Bowral Village, it offers a spacious yet cosy, comfortable, retreat whilst visiting the stunning Southern Highlands of NSW Tastefully decorated, the comfortable living area at the rear of the cottage opens onto a covered deck where you can enjoy breakfast, a cup of coffee, lunch, BBQ or just have a glass of your favourite wine while you unwind —looking out on the private fully-fenced leafy garden. Lulu’s Cottage has 3 bedrooms (Queen size beds in two of the bedrooms and two single beds in the third - which can be push together to be a king but MUST be requested at time of booking) positioned at the front of cottage away from the living area. Two bathrooms (one, the ensuite with conventional walk in shower and the second/main with a shower over the bath) plus a dressing room/walk-in robe with enough space to store all your luggage. An easy 450m stroll to the north gets you to Harris Farm Market, which has everything — fruit & veg, condiments, sweets, fresh bread, butcher, fishmonger, Caffé Rosso (coffee/Italian restaurant) and still an easy walk to many other interesting shops such as Dirty Jane's Emporium and Harry’s on Green Lane Cafe or Ludo restaurant approx 700m, Woolworths approx 800m, Onesta Cuccina and boutique shopping 900m, with the Railway station about a kilometre away. So it's really an easy stroll to and around the Bowral Village CBD from 700m to 1.3km at the farther end. Visit the stunning private gardens that are a delight in spring and autumn, the international cricket hall of Fame (if you're a cricket enthusiast) or take a drive to Fitzroy Falls or any one of the many other natural delights of the Southern Highlands. Then after your busy day, head back to the comforts of Lulu's Cottage for a well deserved rest. This cottage lived up to our expectations. Neat, clean, pretty, with heating when the temperature dropped and a lovely garden to gaze at over a warming cuppa. We walked to the town centre and shopped at nearby Harris Farm. Happy to recommend it.

Lulu's Cottage was a great stay in Bowral. Great location, cosy yet quite spacious. Trish was a great host and responded swiftly to all my messages. Trish and Rob also provided a carrort cake which was a sweet surprise.

We had a lovely stay at Lulu's cottage. The beds were comfy, the garden was gorgeous, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay - lots of DVDs, CDs, books, and a good selection of board games. We loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The best thing of all the shops were super close Harris Farm was less than 3 minutes walk and other shops and cafes about 10 minutes walk - and the most surprising part, even though it was close to the action, it was incredibly quiet. Trish is an excellent host and very good with getting back to me quickly when we were booking. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and well presented cottage. The cottage is so comfortable with a beautiful garden at the back. Everything was so clean. Only a short stroll to cafes and shops, yet the property is in a quiet street. Great hosts. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this gorgeous cottage.

Property was perfect for a girls weekend away, great location, could walk to everything we wanted in town, great set-up, comfortable beds, beautiful outdoor area, Trish recommended some great places to eat in bowral, had a wonderful weekend

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay pre and post my daughter's wedding. The owners were very accommodating when we had to change the date because the wedding was postponed due to the impact of COVID restrictions. The property is beautifully presented and we got some great photos of the bride and bridesmaids in the beautiful garden. It was a great place to wind down after the wedding. A lovely place to stay in the Southern Highlands.

Lovely place
Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night of our week long booking due to the VIC border closure but the place was lovely and quiet and Trish was very accomodating. Hope to be back at some point and stay for longer.

Our stay at Lulu’s cottage was amazing. The cottage truly felt like home, it had everything we needed. 5-10 minute walk to Bowral shops and restaurants was super convenient, especially after a couple of bottles of wine with dinner!
The backyard was beautiful and well maintained. Would definitely consider staying again.
