Our family of four comfortably fit in this 2BR split level condo. It had everything we needed, was tastefully decorated and well kept, and was about 5 minutes from June Mountain resort for skiing, and about 30 minutes from Mammoth. We especially enjoyed being able to walk into the small town of June Lake from the condo.

We had a good time at the Edgewater #4 condo. The view was amazing. Enjoyed my coffee looking at the lake every morning. The place was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. Overall, it was a cozy place that made our stay comfy & enjoyable. The place is centrally located so we walked everywhere, which was a bonus too. Check in and checking out was seamless and super easy as well. My only feedback would be to place a laminated sheet with the passwords for the electronics such as the Hulu Live TV or any other apps on the TV. We will definitely stay again. Thank you.

We just checked out of this great Condo In June Lake! Very spacious but cozy! Loved the wood burning fireplace and nice mattresses in the bedrooms. Location was great and we enjoyed a fun few days on the slopes too!

We enjoyed staying at the property. The location, view, and decor was all great. Super close to downtown--just a quick walk to grab a bite to eat or pick up anything you might have forgotten. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable, but kind of low if that is an issue for anyone. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, tools, supplies. The only thing to note on the negative side is that the master bathroom shower pan had mildew all around the rim and one of the sink faucets in the master bathroom was not even attached--just sitting on the counter top.

Wonderful condo. Stocked kitchen and updated everything. Even the dishes. The heater worked great and did not go off and on all night. Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood. Only suggestion would be to have the owners turn the hot water heater up a notch as the showers were more warm than hot. Would rent again!

The condo is exactly as described in the listing. It is the perfect place to stay while in June Lake. It is probably one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in, was very comfortable, and a restful location to relax in after a day outside. Loved it!

our first trip to June but definitely not our last. this location was perfectly located between june and gull lake, which made walking to both very easy even with the kids. the property was very clean and the view was our favorite part. we’ll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit, very clean and comfortable. We BBQ’d on the patio with a view. Walked to town, the brewery, and Gull Lake. We would love to stay here again.

Excellent vacation with our adult children! Condo had everything needed to cook great meals, beds were comfy and clean. The BBQ grill could have used a good cleaning, but once we cleaned it up, it worked great! Plenty of comfortable seating in the family room and at the dining table. Will definitely book this property again!

Loved it. Our only complaint is that a neighboring condo must have been vacant and in need of a battery change in their smoke detector. It was very loud and went off every minute or so all day and NIGHT long :(
