Ambiente familiar, anfitriões muito atenciosos e simpáticos com muitas dicas de passeios, cama boa, chuveiro excelente, perto do transporte, comércio, mercado, farmácia...
A água ser potável também ajuda.
O café da manhã com pouquíssima opção, de salgado somente o pão com manteiga. Poderia incluir suco de laranja e ovos mexidos, por exemplo, para ter o 10.

You may try to find a better deal (your choise 🤷♂️), but you won't find bigger hearts - and you'll just waste your opportunity for a rare place in that rare place: The staff (a.k.a Nancy & Toto) REALLY cares - and will make your stay as pleasant as possible (yet touristic-efficient & informative).
Adding some surprising extras and a perfectly clean and calm environment, that's the best choise for a soft landing; A temporary home.
(Or shortening things up: RAYOS! 😉)

Un vrai coup de cœur !
Nous avons adoré notre séjour grâce à nos hôtes adorables, toujours prêts à nous conseiller les meilleurs itinéraires pour découvrir Buenos Aires. En 5 jours, nous avons vu l’essentiel sans jamais nous presser. L’ambiance est conviviale, on se sent comme à la maison. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, chambre petite mais très pratique et propre, belle cour intérieure, et quartier calme avec le métro à deux pas. Une adresse chaleureuse et authentique !

Gostei da simpatia dos donos,
muito agradáveis e tentaram ser o mais prestativos possível.
A cama estava muito afundada.
As toalhas deixaram a desejar.
O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor.
