This hostel keep my bed though I checked in very late for my delayed flight. I think no other hotel has a better location than it. Furthermore, my room space is enough.

Very well preserved old building, full of charm! The patio is full of light but also warm thanks to its glass ceiling. The terrasse has an amazing view! Very quiet despite being downtown Buenos Aires! Personnel was very friendly and acomodating, in particular Cielo who helped me with indications about money transfers and was able to offer the bedroom type exactly corresponding to my needs!
Some of the sinks are sometimes leaking a little, and -as any aold building- insulation and air circulation are a challenge...

Staff is very friendly and communicative and they speak good English. Tbey helped me change dates at no cost too.
They let me shower in another room even if i arrived at 8AM.
Close to restaurants and shops, and walking distance to many attractions.
Close to bus stops and the metro.
Warmn and hot water on demand with good pressure.
Free filtered water machine
The kitchen was very dirty/grimy.
The room started having mold.
AC was stopped from central fusebox and only works from 9-10PM until morning.
The room is pretty run down by age.
Sometimes silence hours are not enforced.

Good location close to San telmo and plaza mayo. Great balcony view, nice rooftop for a drink, room had character with high ceilings and exposed wood beams
Room wasn’t particularly good value when compared to other accommodation in the area, old bed/sheets/pillows that weren’t very comfortable, hot water was not always consistently hot, noisy late into the night (3am) on the weekend with a rooftop party.
