The staff were wonderful and the location great. The bathrooms were cleaned regularly and had hand soap, but they are a bit old. We loved the cats.
We enjoyed the stay, but if we're being nit-picky, we would have appreciated the washing up sponge being replaced as it was quite old. And maybe also the shower curtains.

most of the staff were very friendly particularly one of the girls who helped us out with activities during the night . Hostel members allowed us to leave bags for 3 days for just 12000 pesos and were greeted with a lovely cold glare when we came to politely pick them up during the night . Location was fantastic lots of cafés nearby and the rooms were cleaned every day
Where should i start ??
Despite the vast majority of staff remaining polite and friendly , we were coldly greeted by one of the employees of the hostel on our last evening ( the young argentinian man with blonde/ brown short hair and glasses). He had an agressive look on his face and launched into a violent rant in which he shouted and humiliated us as well as treated us like children because we had left some clothes drying on our bunks and a few drops of water had consequently dropped on the floor. Once he finished his degrading lecture ( he enjoys the sound of his own voice ) infront of other hostel members he rudely gestured to us how he has thrown all our clothes out of our room where they were lying in a damp , smelly , pile ( covered in cat hair due to the cats roaming the property ) being left in a common area for any of the thieves to steal from . This left us feeling quite upset and created a tense atmosphere during the rest of our stay , which is not what i expect given i spent over $200 on our stay . Additionally the toilets often smelt of fecal matter and the showers always flooded , which we were also scapegoated for despite always having been respectful in the showers.
