It was well located, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. We went to Ha Long Bay and came back for one night before leaving Hanoi, and they stored our luggage and gave us complementary breakfast.

We stayed for 4 nights and could not have asked for a better experience! The room was spotless, extremely comfortable, and cleaned impeccably every single day.
The location is unbeatable—you are right next to legendary Michelin-recommended spots for Bún Chả, Phở, and Bánh Mì, along with so many other fantastic restaurants. Having a TP Bank ATM right next door was also super convenient.
Breakfast was fantastic every morning with a great variety of food, including delicious fresh Phở daily. A special mention to the hostess at breakfast—she is truly the best! So warm, attentive, and welcoming.
A big shoutout as well to the two gentlemen at the concierge—they were incredibly welcoming and catered to our every need with top-tier service across the board. What more could you possibly ask for? We will definitely be back!

Very friendly, helpful staff.
Lovely hot water ( the large shower head didn't work!)
The room constantly had a horrible smell.
The hotel reception had a very strong artificial airfreshener smell.
The room was nothing like the photos shown on the advert. I was expecting it to be very modern, but it was all shabby.
Very noisy at night.
The area (old quarter) is extremely busy & the pollution is horrendous.
