Location of the hotel is very convenient to visit Hanoi old town - close to everything. People are nice, rooms are spacious and breakfast delicious. You can choose between local or western dishes. We had an early flight the last day and hotel prepared us also breakfast to go. Also, being situated in a narrow alley from the main street, it was peaceful and not too noisy in the night (comparing to the ones on the main streets).
Bathroom was a bit outdated and bath was not really fixed to the walls so evertime I went showering I felt a little discomfort because it shaked a bit.
