Có mùi nvs, thanh cửa bị rỉ sét rớt xuống sàn, đi trúng khá khó chịu, nóng lạnh không ổn định

Perfect place for a long stay and such good value..

Just the best location, near the beach and markets. 20 minute walk to the expat area though but plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. If you like coffee make sure you try Her Coffee ☕️ Apartment very comfortable with the basics provided. Bed just average, but room super clean and they come every second day and change sheets and towels.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Nice spacious room, clean, good location, nice staff, hot shower with powerful stream. Daily cleaning. Comfortable bed and pillows.

The light in the bathroom could be improved. It's a bit dark so it was difficult to do make up un there.

The best find ! Beautiful apartment with city and sea views - massive room , we both thought best value accommodation we had in the whole of Vietnam ! Could not recommend more

Good to stay!

Although there are not always have someone in the counter, you could send messages on booking.com, they are always reply promptly and solve your problem! By the way, the host’s mom help me a lots although she can’t speak English.

It is located in a quiet area. The furniture is good enough. The owner is so helpful, friendly!

I could not hot water. Bathroom amenities are normal. TV is almost useless since it is even impossible to log in youtube.

Perfect place. Cozy room with an elevator. Delicious coffee can be ordered at the reception. Always friendly and helpful staff. Nearby there is a grocery market where you can buy food, fruits and vegetables. Very quiet at night!

Sometimes neighbors make noise, sing songs in karaoke. But that's only on weekends.

If you are looking for an affordable accommodation in Da Nang, then Lem's is the place to pick. We booked two rooms that were spotless clean will the necessary equipment, comfy bed and free water bottles. Also, Lem offers motorbikes for renting (150k VND / day). Thank you! :)

Very good

The room is well equipped with a small kitchenette and has a modern minimalist style. It is large with 2 large windows. The owners are nice and gave us parting desserts.

You can feel the springs on the bed and pillows are very thin. Restaurants you'd want to try are a bit far.

It didn't meet my expectation

Room has no hot water even though it was a bit cold in the midnight and I had to take shower in the midnight with no hot water Elevator was turned off since midnight, and I stayed on 5th floor, it was frustrating to go down to 1st floor to ask about hot water but everybody was asleep
