1. 交通方便，離美溪沙灘跟夜市走路大概5-10分鐘 2. 房間有微波爐跟碗盤，買東西回來自己加熱很方便 3. 電視是聯網電視，可以看YouTube 和 Netflix 4. 早餐雖然是自助，但附的泡麵還有花生醬好好吃，也可以自己泡越式咖啡 5. 年輕老闆很親切，有問題都會熱心解答或協助，感謝老闆協助租摩托車，便宜又安心 6. 房間內外設計的很漂亮

Beautiful, immaculate, peaceful stay!!

It was so quaint and beautiful. VERY clean! I felt very comfortable and the ambiance was so great. I have to give an extra shout out to the manager who went above and beyond to help me book a day trip last minute and arranged the rides and everything. It was great getting to know her a little bit. Thank you for such an incredible stay. I felt so relaxed after my stay here!

Looks amazing, location is suboptimal, no room services.

The suite itself is very modern, which is very pleasant to look at and to stay. Most of the amenities are there for you to use. No one time use kits in the bathroom because greener for the environment. The staffs there are super nice and without hesitant perform your requests if you message them beforehand

Location is in an alley so if you have a lot of luggage, prepare to drag it through an uneven road with lots of plot holes because cars can't fit in there. I don't like how bad and slow the wifi there is, my room is directly on the first floor, on top of the stairs with the weakest reception. Safe was out of battery so I couldn't use it. Why don't I contact the reception? There's no one down at the desk pretty much all the time aside from the housekeeper so the only way to contact is to message them through booking.com Messaging is the worst part. I'd rather text or call them through the phone number comparing to using the app because of how slow the responses are.

Neighbours love singing karaoke.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location wasn't too bad, 5/10 minute walk to beach and walking distance to good restaurant areas. Netflix/smart TV 😊

The other properties in the area sang karaoke and played music every single day/night we were there (3nights). Their singing was pretty bad too 😂 It carried on until around 10pm.

Горячий душ и ванная, номер выглядит как на картинке- все эстетично и в хорошем состоянии, у нашего номер есть мини-кухня и 2 балкона, достаточно света в комнате, хороший вай фай. Можно взять зубные щетки, расческу и палочки.

Это не отель, возможно это Guest house или супер Хостел, но не отель: уборки нет, завтрак ужасный, к слову о последнем. «Завтрак» это не завтрак- кроме хлопьев, джема и сырых яиц ничего нет; самый дешевый чай и нет возможности не платить за это! Я не хочу платить за завтрак!!!! -кондиционер очень слабо работает -холодильник не холодит, даже с открытой дверцей шкафа -грязный диван на террасе, даже после того как его «почистили» почти ничего не изменилось. Каждое утро он был мокрый, возможно на него капает кондиционер. Но если идет дождь заливает все! Мы почти его не использовали. -нет халатов -ЖЕСТЯНЫЕ КРУЖКИ! Это отвратительно. Это шутка? Купите керамику, платину и тд. Невозможно пить горячий чай из этих кружек, т.к они быстро нагреваются -грязная посуда. В номере была грязная посуда и на завтраке ВСЯ посуда была грязной! И помыть нечем - губка в ужасном состоянии, а мыла нет. -персонал не разговаривает на Английском. Я писала в вотсапп, но мне очень долго отвечали, а инструкции не полные. Со мной даже не здоровались и не улыбались в отеле. Мне было не комфортно. -очень много пыли на книгах в «библиотеке»! ОЧЕНЬ МНОГО ПЫЛИ -нет уборки номера. За 3 дня даже не спросили -нет лифта -и если кто-то что-то делает на общей кухне/ комнате это очень хорошо слышно, даже на 3 этаже -расположение: далеко от всего. Цена и качество, по мне, не соответствует

Needs a little attention from the management/ owners

Smallish room but nicely decorated and spacious enough. Large comfortable bathroom with good shower. Internet also good

Bed was a platform slab with very basic mattress so pretty uncomfortable after a couple of days. Manager was nice but rarely there so most interaction was with a not so pleasant cleaning lady. Dust build up in air conditioner was causing allergy problems so we had to due a long overdue cleaning of the filters. Same with the bath fan. All upper shelving for storage and behind tv were caked in dust. It was close enough to walk to the dragon bridge and night market but not much else.

Super comfy apartment

Very clean and well prepared. I loved the furniture and the decorations inside the room. A man who checked me in was so kind. It’s not so far from the beach and the city. When I came back to the room with a little tiredness, it was great to watch Netflix on TV.

Great stay

Communication with Linh, the manager, was excellent. Linh helped us organise taxis and made helpful suggestions. The room worked really well for us. It's good to have a space to sit and read and make a cup of tea. Netflix is a real bonus Lovely bathroom. Plenty of clean towels. Best bed we slept in. Very comfy. Suite very clean. I would have loved accommodation like this everywhere in Vietnam

the price for room and hotel type is very good , bed comfortable , air condition cold , quick hot water go out in shower box , stuff friendly and helpful , super fast check in check out , no deposit taken .

hotel location at the end of a narrow hallway neighborhood , noise in evning come from restaurant Opposite hotel loudspeaker music , The staircase is small for foot When going up and down , The lock of the room door needs repair in order to be locked easily. It must be dealt with violently in order to be closed and hotel staff boy knows that at the time of check in , Shampoo and body soap liquid are the same but in two different bottles .

The facilities are in accordance to the price, you get what you pay for.

Few things to know before booking this accommodation. First, the staff that are in the place itself don't speak a word in english, so in case you need something you have to message on booking, otherwise even the simplest thing is impossible. And secondly, even though on booking, they say there is breakfast, it is actually just some instant noodles packages and instant coffee that you make yourself, hence we had to eat somewhere else.

The room was amazing and very comfortable. The free property bicycles allowed us to explore the city really easily and meant that Nang Suites was situated the prefect distance from the town but also the beach. Also as someone who loves a bath, this bath was absolutely amazing. The pictures make it look smaller than it is, but it was big. The staff too are really friendly. Very responsive online. Highly recommend.

Great modern space in Da Nang

Great comfy room with extensive utilities, we really liked the bathroom. The interior had a modern touch to the design which was a breath of fresh air coming from all the tropical/mediterranean styled villas of Hoi An. Host was very friendly and helpful!

The location was so so, there was nothing much interesting in walking distance. We knew our way around the city though so it was no problem. Might be more suitable for business trips rather than leisure depending on your expectations. The neighbors from across the alley liked to karaoke but at least they didn't go on late into the night.
