Fake Listing - apartments do not look like photos at all.

The Host was quick to communicate with me about my many issues and concerns about the property

This property is a scam as the apartments are not the same as the photos. The apartment was dirty, my toddler found used toothpicks and food under the couch and table, the bathrooms have a strong smell, the second bedroom has a mouldy smell, the TV cabinet door fell off completely with exposed nails sticking out, the bathroom door had no handle to close with, cigarette stain/hole in the couch, the list goes on. The owner sent out a 'repairman' in the afternoon to fix the unsafe things but when i got back in the evening NOTHING was fixed. By then it was late and having a baby and toddler we weren't able to move as they were in bed. We had a tour booked the next day early at 7am so was not able to move our belongings till the afternoon as we did not want to stay as it was dirty and unsafe in the apartment. The owner wanted to charge me for staying 2 nights in the apartment, even though its dirty, nails exposed, and NOT what I had booked. They offered me another apartment but I had no trust in them that the other apartment would be any better as they do not take care of their apartments. The owner just wanted me to be out before midday so they can rent the apartment to someone else, not caring about all the broken issues. I wasted money on a fake dangerous apartment, and had to pack up and move my family and children again to another apartment which is no easy task, and still the owner just wanted to make more money off me. I ended up paying more than one nights accommodation even though we only stayed the one night, because the owner couldn't get another guest in straight away that afternoon. No care on fixing anything, no shame, just scam fake listing with money hungry owner.

Our stay at Ocean View Home was amazing!

Our 2-bedroom apartment had a stunning view of the mountains and the river. The butler was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with many minimarts and food courts around. We would love to stay here again!

it was awesome

The property is located near the beach ,hoi an is 30 mins from the location,and the lady buddha temple is near by . We travelled with our 1 year old , and the property has all the kitchenware necessary for cooking baby food , and for adults as well . There are ample of food options ,bike rentals available by the property .

The flat is new, location is just next to beach. The beef noodle next to the hotel is so good too. The most important is the host because she is so kind and flexible. My kid was sick on the last day and we try to make last minute arrangements with alot of changes but she does not mind about it and do her best to accommodate our plan. Love this. Everyday u wake up with stunning view and you know u have the best host to support u when u are in need.

Fantastic Host.

Superb location. Stayed on the 20th floor. View was fantastic. Host was very friendly. Even arranged transport from bus terminal to apartment. The beach was just a stone throw away. Plenty of food n marts around the apartment. Will stay again when I am in Danang.

The 6 lifts was always full cos there are 41 levels sharing 6 lifts.
