Located in the highly desirable Venetian Shores neighborhood, this canal-front home offers quick access to both the Ocean and Florida Bay via Snake Creek — ideal for boating and fishing enthusiasts.
Upstairs features a comfortable two-bedroom, one-bath layout with a screened porch just off the living room, perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.
Downstairs offers a separate one-bedroom, one-bath apartment complete with its own full kitchen and living area — a great setup for extended family or guests.
The property boasts 70 feet of dockage, providing plenty of room for your boat and easy access to open water.
Many of our guests return year after year to enjoy this location and setup.

VR#- 24-0377 Per Islamorada's vacation rental ordinances for weekly rentals 2 people per bedroom are allowed, and 2 additional guests if under the age of 6.

We had a great stay at this property. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The house was very clean and we loved the screened in deck-spent lots of time out there with my morning coffee. Beds were comfortable and got some good sleep. Lots of restaurants nearby along with shops for souvenirs and Publix is not far away. We rented a boat and spent everyday on it and brought back our catch to bring for dinner where they happily cooked it for us. Most places do this for a small charge and each time was delicious. We enjoyed the backyard and spent some nights back there with a glass of wine and just taking it all in. The only thing was the washer/dryer was hooked up in the backyard and the downstairs apartment didn’t have a sink/stove but it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Great.
Suggestions. Need better knives. Please add a 12" frying pan. Easier to cook fish.
The remodel 2nd floor bath is great. Please consider updating the toilet to a comfort height, elongated toilet in both baths. For older guests, it make things easier. Downstairs, please add a portable one burner cooking element, or an electric fry pan. And a sink would be nice.
We plan to return next Oct.
Please let us know if we did not do all that was requested on check-out, or if there are any other issues.

Nice place and convenient for Islamorada fishing with good dock but also convenient for Charters. House clean with functional needs
