Apartment has 2 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and the other with a bunk that sleeps a double on bottom and a single on top. Apartment has a gas fireplace and cable TV. Kitchen comes with oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker and all the other appliances that you will need. A washer/Dryer is also available for guest use. Great place for our family of four, steps away from Elk Street and the shuttle to the mountain. The pictures don’t do the place justice.

Pete was friendly and informative the whole time. The place is perfect for a family stay, everything you need is in the kitchen, plenty of games and books and the fireplace is nice. There is occasional noise from neighbors above the unit, but we just turned on the fan to cover the noise. Will absolutely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was cozy and clean. It was perfectly located to downtown for walkability and not too far from family that we visited in the area. Owners were easy to contact and very helpful. Great location!

What an amazing spot. The location is PERFECT, the decor is just right, and the space is welcoming. There is a perfect spot out front in the courtyard with rockers for breakfast, lunch, drinks, dinner, or anything else you can think of. Just the right amount of space for two - there is more sleeping space than that, but only 1 bathroom - it was a great getaway for a high school reunion!! We crafted, walked about, watched TV, played games (jncluded), made chex mix and laughed for days!! Book it!

Great location near historic downtown. The property was spotless, well stocked and maintained. The outside deck was great for relaxing in the evenings. Pete and Shari were wonderful hosts! I would give a 6-Star review if possible. Highly recommend!

We all loved the apartment, especially its location and the lovely garden for enjoying drinks before dinner. Our host responded to all questions immediately. We also appreciated the coffee he provided in our kitchen from Camp 4 Coffee which is just around the corner. 5 stars!

My husband and I and our teen daughters really enjoyed this place. I booked it because the deck looked great, and it really was. I loved being able to sit out there and sip my coffee in the clean mountain air. The inside of the apartment ended up being better than I expected. I run a rental myself so I'm super super picky, but this place, while small and dark, was immaculate, cozy, and had so many things I wouldn't have expected like a fresh bar of soap, coffee and tea ready to go, all the dishes and kitchen things we could need, extra blankets, etc. The place is small and doesn't have many windows, but it was very cozy and we would just sit outside when we wanted more light. I would definitely stay here again!

We totally enjoyed ourselves. Crested Butte Mountain is the best we’ve skied. Awesome! The beauty of the mountains takes your breath and has you thinking about those who don’t go to the mountains and miss God’s beautiful gifts.

Accurate listing. Had everything I needed. No major issues that I can recall. Clean. Comfortable bed (in main bedroom). Warm (with a thermostat in different rooms for more control). Good WiFi. Parking spot. Fully equipped kitchen (though I only used the refrigerator, sink and microwave). Short walk to main street and also the shuttle stop. And it was quiet (though I am not sure which other units had people in them).

Brief stroll to the Nordic center, just off Elk. Cozy place, comfy furnishings, nice kitchen, tiny bathtub but huuuge shower head. Liberty puzzles! Plenty of room for 4 of us. Would happily stay there again.

the location of the property could not be better, close to everything and we enjoyed walking to downtown which is next street over. Pete was great at fast and efficient communication, even with a little hiccup, he was accessible and prompt! the property was clean, orderly and had everythning we needed. we will definitely stay again!
